L’Oréal Professionnel Mythic Oil Masque

Mythic (Adjective):the idea that hair can resemble anything other than something a horse would excited over during the summers we experience here in Oz. Plenty of companies will promise this myth...few actually deliver (i know,i have tried a gazillion of them - supermarket / salon / prescription / experimental haha) and yes,some did do something akin to making my hair look (at least),vaguely like something that may contain human DNA. Now, the major question was...."which one to buy next after all that searching ? ". Well,thanks to the online world (and Google),pacing the aisles in various "warehouses", i came across this baby.... the L’Oréal Professionnel Mythic Oil Masque. This hair mask, from the house of L’Oreal, contains an enriched formula of argan, avocado, cottonseed and grapeseed oil to replenish tired,damaged tresses with it's buttery,rich formula....lifeless,unloved hair,suddenly feels rich and luxurious..thanks to the masque's intense moisturizing. "But how does the masque itself feel ?" i hear you ask.Good question - this feels buttery,rich,nurturing and luxe (perfection after a week in 47 degree heat and trying to keep Fonzie cool rather than chili hot by way of pools and ocean). When used instead of conditioner once a week, it leaves hair supersoft and sleek,almost Rapunzel worthy in look and texture (yep,REALLY),and whilst it's best for thick or frizzy textures,any hair type / colour /  texture can benefit from this amazing offering from L’Oréal (as it rinses cleanly,so even fine strands aren't weighed down). "How do i use it ?" Apply to hair for just 3 minutes,once a week, and rinse for deeply nourished,super smooth and irresistibly silky hair that is transformed. "So,is this all just spin,or are you actually convinced we should try it...it's not exactly supermarket priced you know ?" well,in a world full of haircare,this product did make promises which proved to be fulfilled...on long,dry,balyaged blonde hair that has more than it's share of greys (and saw more than it's share of sun / salt and chlorine),and whilst this is a recent buy, the immediate results have been so satisfying that I simply had to share it with you all ! As a sidenote,I have dry,split ends,that really should be cut, but all that changed with this miracle mask (so,if you think in that respect,this masque can actually help you GROW your hair...just saying). At around $30 for 200ml,i think this is bargain (even when i used this daily it lasted over a month),so before you dish out that amount for one pro treatment,give this a go. TIP:Want overnight results that would make Rapunzel ask "what do you use ?"...apply post shampoo and leave overnight (wrap hair in cling wrap) for the best hair ever.

The perfect I'm in a hurry mask! I was travelling last month and I bought it and the shampoo in travel sizes to replace my normal Kerastase products regime. It was quite a good replacement! Once you put the mask on, your hair goes soft immediately, breaks down any knots you may have and gives a lot of moisture. Also, I didn't had to wait 15 minutes, like in most other hair masks, to feel the effects. 5 minutes were plenty and enough, which is great because who have the time to wait 15 min nowadays? It doesn't have any noticeable scent, the tub packaging is also pretty convenient and you can use the entire product unlike tube packaging. After the mask goes off, it doesn't leave your hair oily just shiny and smooth.I would recommend the mask to every hair type, from super dry to super oily. I might buy the full size someday, after I'll run out of my current Kerastase mask. Great Product overall!

I have long hair which with the lovely Queensland weather and lots of swimming it drys out and I tend to get split ends.  Using L'Oréal Professional Mythic Oil Masque it has transformed my hair into lush soft hair that doesn't tangle.  It has most definitely helped with the split ends and what's more it's not heavy.
