Maybelline New York Volum’ Express® Mega Plush Mascara

I love this mascara! It has been a staple in my make up bag for ages!! I have tried high end mascaras as well and i seem to always go back to this mascara! It makes my eyelashes look full and long without making them clumpy. I use this mascara every day and i LOVEE it , and a great price too! Will continue to buy this product and would recommend if you're looking for a great everyday mascara

I love this brush, it is one of those ones that is jointed and is a bit flexible. I find this type of brush easier to use than the rigid sort. The product itself builds up nicely and (for me) does not clump. I sometimes think that when two people have such different experiences with the same product that maybe the actual product is faulty or old. I would buy this again.

if you are after natural looking eye lashes Unlike other reviews I have read about this product, I have loved using this mascara. Since it has 40% less wax than other mascaras it gives me that flawless natural look, the waterproof one which is called as hydrofuge holds the curls on my lashes all day. I like that it does not clump and it is definitely different to other mascaras, so if you are after a natural look that does not look clumpy, then this is the mascara you should go for. it lasts all day and does not smudge. The brush is different and loose and separates each lashes, without giving that sticky look. Also it is easy to remove them with any waterproof make up remover, i personally have not found it difficult to remove them at all.

I find this mascara to be quite thick and therefore it can easily make my lashes clumpy.  Because the wand is flexible, I feel like I have to work harder to apply it exactly where I want to, for example the very outside of my lashes.  I'd recommend it to those who are looking for volume.

I picked this up because I wanted to try some mascaras with different types of applicators. The bristles on this mascara are different to any other ones I own – in a good way. They’re fairly long bristles that are rather wispy. It also has a kooky flex in the brush. I thought it was a bit gimmicky at first, but I really love the way this brush bends and flexes. It did take me a little time to get used to, and I won’t pretend I didn’t whack myself a couple of times. The formula is a drier one that doesn’t run anywhere and sticks well to lashes. Seems to really pick up fine lashes. It’s one of my favourite mascaras that is not super thick but still does nice things to your lashes and never leaves them clumpy. It is also one I tend to go through in the 3-6 months over which you’re supposed to use mascara. That might due to the fairly dry formula. Definitely worth a try if you like defined lashes without too much drama. I great everyday choice.

This Maybelline mascara adds a lot of drama and thickness to your lashes, but does not lengthen as much as other mascaras in the range. If found this mascara to clump lashes together if you are not careful, but if used well it can really thicken them! Overall a good product, but would be great if the clumping could be reduced a little!
