Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Lip Balm SPF 15

This twist up lip balm comes in an unusual oval tube, and contains 4g of product. It is made in the USA. It is mineral oil-based and incorporates carnauba wax, cocoa butter, Vit E, Sunflower seed oil. It has SPF 15 protection. The formula is beautifully buttery, and glides and melts on the lips. I love that it has no menthol or peppermint oil. It keeps my dry lips hydrated, and is a wonderful base for lip colour. I was impressed at how smoothly it applied and it's as good as the more expensive Burts Bees lip balms. The only downside is that it only has SPF 15 protection, which is fine for the colder months. In the summer months I switch to something with SPF50. It's a bargain buy at under $5, and fits into a handbag without taking up much room. You can't go wrong with it.

I love Palmer's products, including its cocoa butter body lotion so I thought I'd try this lip balm once and have repurchased many times. It smells the similar cocoa buttery goodness and is flavourless. This is great for providing moisture to the lips however I do need to re-apply especially after drinking and eating. SPF15 in a lip balm is a must and I'm glad this has sun protection. The most noticeable difference between this lip balm and others is that the tube is a flat oval shape rather than the round cylinder barrel most lip balms are packaged in. There's a twist bottom to control the lip balm.

I love this budget friendly lipbalm, Palmers is always have a special place for me. It’s well mad, and I love everything about this brand.  This lip balm is not only easy to use but also great for morning lip primer before lipstick, it gives protection spf 15 which not many lipbalm gives. Great lipbalm for everyone! 

Okay, the first thing I have the mention is the smell because it is amazing and I use this mainly because I am obsessed with how good it smells. This is a life saver in summer, it keeps my lips super moisturised and the SPF is great for protecting them in the long run. It applies smoothly and evenly and is a good balance.

My go-to balm! This lip balm is my one and only! This balm is really great for me as I regularly have dried lips and it helps to nourish them without making them super greasy. It also has a really great cocoa butter smell that isn't too overpowering. All in all, this is a really good balm for anyone who needs extra nourishment for their lips.

I like how it’s not too greasy. It is one of the best products i have used especially when I have had cracked or dried lips. Smells great too. Keeps my lips moisturised for a long time. My daughter does use this as she has very sensitive skin. Definitely recommend this product.

Super moisturising lip balm with SPF that does not feel greasy or thick on my lips. I have extremely dry lips even during summer where it cracks and peels and this lip balm is just perfect for me, keeping my lips moisturised throughout day and night. In saying that, this lip balm might be too thick or greasy for people with less dry lips.
