Revlon Kiss Plumping Lip Crème

As just a lip colour, I would give this 4 out of 5 stars, however as a lip plumping product I would give this 2 out of 5 stars. This does have many positives - great tube that is easy to squeeze and comfortable to apply, fantastic range of shades with a creamy gloss texture, great value price-wise as a small amount goes a long way, and the best feature is the hydration - no cracked lips or dry feeling when using this, it truly is a very moisturising lip product without that sticky feeling.  The downsides are that it's less long lasting than a lipstick, you will need to reapply a few times throughout the day to maintain non-patchy colour. Be careful of applying too much or it will bleed around the lips and feel slimy! The main issue is the claim of plumping the lips - after two months I could see no difference with lip size or fullness at all. 

Revlon kiss plumping lip creme is absolutely divine. I love revlon lip products and this product gives full plump lips that feel moisturised and nourished. It contains voluminous which  creates volume in lips over time the more you use it. It comes in 10 gorgeous shades and at under $20.00 its great value for money as it delivers the same results as a more expensive product. The colour is a high quality pigment that gives a lovely shine that doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. It lasts quite well for a gloss product and didn’t bleed or feather. I would recommend a good lip primer to make it last longer and a good lip liner. This is a great product for those who like S nice moisturising gloss and plumper lips. I loved this and would highly recommend it.

Revlon is truly my favourite go-to brand for affordable, yet innovative, high quality makeup. I recently discovered these Lip Creme's during a 1/2 price sale in-store, so I decided to purchase three tubes. The size of the tubes is small and they are quite narrow, so they fit perfectly in my handbag! When I purchased this product I thought it would be more like a gloss or high shine lip balm, but the formula is pigmented and although it gives you a glossy finish, the colour isn't sheer. The squeezable tube has a slant tip applicator, and you only need a small amount to get beautiful colour and shine. There is no strong scent; just a slight fruity-vanilla scent and it's super easy to touch up during the day as needed. The lip creme lasts for a few hours, but it's not a long-wearing product, so you do really need to reapply during the day.  There are a good range of very natural looking shades; from nudes, berries to pretty pinks. My favourite shade that I purchased is Barely Blush; a perfect pink nude, that looks natural, yet adds a nice pop of colour during the day. This lip creme does claim to add volume to lips overtime with continued use, which I'm not fully convinced about. I have used this product for over 3 months and apply it most days, and haven't noticed any added volume to my lips unfortunately. However it does contain some added collagen, peptides and hyaluronic acid which supposedly help add extra volume to lips. The glossy finish and moisturising formula do make my lips appear somewhat fuller, but I haven't seen any other changes to my lip volume.  Overall this is great purchase and it's very handy for my makeup bag, due to the compact size and the fact that it's easy and not messy to use during the day. The colours are lovely and the finish is in between a liquid lipstick and a gloss, and I really do like that it's non-drying and not sticky either. I would recommend this lip creme to anyone who wants the look of a gloss, with more pigmented colour, and is also looking for a moisturising lip colour. My tip is to apply a small amount and then build up the colour, as a little goes along way. However I haven't had much luck with the lip plumping claims, so I can't recommend it based on that feature.  I am very pleased with this product and I will continue to use it and repurchase other shades in the future.
