Swisse Hair Skin Nails Gummies

I really like these gummies. It’s so easy to get my added vitamins. They come in yummy berry flavours in a pastille form and I love that they are sugar free. I take one of these daily and they have really helped to strengthen my nails which had actually become quite brittle, I saw an improvement in just a couple of weeks. It has also helped strengthen my hair and prevented splitting, my hair looks and feels stronger. My skin also looks less tired and glows more. I would have to say I have noticed the biggest improvement in my nails, they are definitely much stronger and don’t split as much. They are good value for money with 50 in each container. Swisse is a trusted brand for me, these are delicious and an easy way to get additional vitamins. I would recommend them

Ive been using this for few months now but yet to see any results I feel like it's a waste of money for me. It tastes okay and the price is affordable but other than that didn't work for me. I was desperate to grow my hair after I lost alot due to my graves disease. Maybe be for someone with general hair loss this might help help. I won't recommend this unfortunately. I managed to get this at a very discount rate at my chemist that's why I wanted to try it. So perhaps buy this when it's on sale and try it for yourself and see if it works for you
