This is a quality product from Synergie Skin - a water-based Vitamin C serum that contains 10% Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (a gentle Vit C derivative) as well as Vit E, Q10, hydrolysed tomato skin as antioxidants and glycerin for hydration.The serum is for all skin types including sensitive, and is safe for vitamin C beginners. It has a pH of 4.5 - 5.5, which should not cause irritation. It is recommended for AM use. The serum is packaged in a 30ml pump bottle that is air tight to prevent degradation. It's easy to dispense and has a 6 month POA. The contents are a milky emulsion that is very light and absorbs quickly. As expected, I experienced no irritation. It has not added fragrance but it does have a subtle scent from the ingredients which seems quite natural and non-offensive. One advantage of using this serum instead of one with pure L-ascorbic acid is that I can use this in the same routine as my 10% niacinamide serum. Even though I did not see any obvious improvement on my skin, that is probably because I am a long time Vit C user. I still think this is a good Vit C serum for those looking for a gentle but still beneficial serum. The ingredients are known to be effective, and it is pleasant to use. It is quite expensive for what it is though.

This product really works and is a great anti ageing product. I like to apply this serum at night, it’s comfortable to wear and sinks straight into my skin without feeling really greasy even though it’s an oily product. The serum spreads easily and I don’t need to use a lot so even though it’s a bit pricey it lasts me for ages. The vitamin c helps my skin look fresher and more youthful and it helps fade age spots and visibly reduces my fine lines. I have used a lot of synergy products to gray effect, they deliver great results and I love them for their anti ageing quality and this skin effica c is another great synergie product for me.
