I have to say, YSL does their lip products pretty well. I am a huge fan of their classy and gorgeous packaging to make their products look so luxurious. I love lip oils since my lips are always dry. I have to say, I thought that this Tint-in-Oil would be more pigmented, but it might also be the shade that I bought. I still love how it gives a sheer wash of colour that brightens my overall look, while leaving my lips looking plump. I got it in Shade No.10 and it is a nude-y brown with a hint of red in it. The colour is lovely but I don't feel like it left a tint on my lips, although maybe because the colour is quite close to my natural lip colour. It also didn't feel very moisturising on my dry lips, but definitely not drying at all. I love the applicator as well since it allows me to easily apply the lip oil without dispensing too much product. If you don't mind the expensive price tag and love lip oils, I think you'll like this one just as much as I do. I've been reaching for it so much whenever I am wearing natural makeup.
These definitely feel and look luxurious on the lips. I took one star off for the price - it's certainly a treat for yourself. As a lip gloss addict, I really loved these. It makes your lips feel so supple and smooth. The formula is lightweight, sheer, shiny and just feel oh-so-beautiful on the lips. However, you can find lip glosses for a fraction of the price that work just as well (for example, my favourite inexpensive lip gloss is Rimmel's original Oh My Gloss). It's definitely something I save for special occasions or date nights, whereas my cheaper glosses go to the "running errands" makeup looks. Smells really nice and fruity too. A lot of the shades look similar on the lips and you honestly won't be able to distinguish some of them once they're on.
I love this product. For me this is an 2 in 1 product, an alternative for sticky lip glosses and a lip treatment. It is an lip oil that will keep your lips moisturise throughout the day. I usually hate oil however this lip oil feels very light on the lips, not heavy or sticky at all. It gives your lips a nice gloss at first and then slowy sink into your lips to work it magic. I have this in number 5, one of my favourite out of the range because it gives my lips a flush of pink. Some days, I wear it on top of a lip tint to make my lips look fuller, some days I wear it on its own to treat my lips and it's perfect for a 'no makeup' makeup look.  Pros: - luxurious packaging  - nice fruity scent - lightweight and isn't sticky  - nourishing  - make your lips look fuller  Cons: - I heard some people has problem with the product leaking their bag. Overall, I  love this product because it makes me look pretty while treating my dry lips. I think it's worth the money. If you have dry lips, you definitely should try it out
I have this in #5 and freaking love it. It is my absolute staple and practially lives in my hand bag. Super hydrating and the stain is amazing. Goes on light but the colour pop a few seconds later is everything.
This tint-in-oil is such a unique product and I just love it!  I happen to love using an oil to hydrate my lips, as I discovered when I first started experimenting with Rosehip oil - as good as it is for my face, it's equally fantastic applied to the lips as a lip hydrator.  The thing is though, it doesn't last a long time on the lips.  It's there and it's making your lips beautiful and fantastic, but you can't feel it for long.  So if you're looking for a lip hydrator that gives your lips that "glide" for hours when you press them together, this is not that.  What it is is super luxe lip stain that will make you look a million bucks!  The glossy sheen will last for a couple of hours and then what remains is a lovely natural looking tint.  If it's a bit of natural, stained lip look colour you're after, you're set for hours.  If you want high gloss shine, you can get that too, but you just need to top-up as required.  That's what I really love about it - it's a chameleon of a product that you can make suit your preference.
I received a delux sample of Shade no. 5 Cherry my Cherie as a Sephora point perk whilst in the USA. The product is a sweet smelling tinted oil. Dispute Cherry being in the name- I would say the oil develops to be more of a sheer fusha pink colour than Cherry, which I perceive to be red. The oil is lightly hydrating, with less slip than expected which ensures it stays put. I don't wear lipgloss- but I expect this is lower maintenance (not sticky or gloopy) with a similar look - if lipgloss is somthing you're into. After applying your lips look plump and juicy - a little too made up for my liking. I wear this when I want a low maintenance, polished makeup look. After applying, I lightly tissue off the oil and am left with a sheer fusha pink stain. I have swatched other colours, however once dried and tissued off, I didn't find them different enough to the one I already own to want to splash the cash. Buy one- you don't need the full range.
This is a beautiful alternative to lip gloss. Personally I don't like the stickiness of lipgloss so this is a great alternative. The Lip Oil is quite nourishing on the lips but still not as hydrating as a normal lip balm. The colour is beautiful and leaves a tint on the lips. I still think its quite overpriced for what it is, I wanted it to be more hydrating
