Kylie Jenner launched her first ever fragrance this month and much like the beauty mogul's other makeup launches, it's selling-out fast.
The amber floral fragrance's scent and bottle both reflect Jenner's persona as the modern feminine.
"Cosmic smells like a warm floral that's out of this world, it's both elevated and luxurious," Nicole Mancini, the nose behind the perfume said in a video on the brand's website. "I've been working in perfume for over 20 years. I was honoured to work with Kylie on her first solo fragrance."
"She wanted something sweet but also sophisticated, that could be worn both day and night," Mancini explained.
"The heart of the fragrance is what's on your skin for the majority of the wear; at the heart of this fragrance there's an overdose of amber," she continued. "Then we chose star jasmine absolut au pure to take centre stage, we contrasted this with a delicate and feminine red peony accord, and the mix gives a suede like texture and floralcy to the fragrance, and really creates this idea of a warm floral."
"Cosmic also has cedar wood as well as silky musks, which are like an olfactive hug, [and] they give a cocooning effect to a fragrance," she went on to say.
