Barry’s workouts aren’t for the faint-hearted, but there’s never been a better time to try it! One of Sydney’s fave fitness and yoga studios is now live streaming 65 classes per week with all of their favourite trainers, allowing Flow Athletic members to workout in real time with each other. Four-time world champ Danny Green is taking to Facebook Live each week with 12RND Fitness, to take your through a live boxing masterclass. Tune into Soul Alive’s live stream meditation service, led by Luke McLeod (you may know him from The Bachelorette). Classes are delivered via Instagram Live through the private @soulalive account. Tune in at 8:30pm AEST every Monday and Wednesday or take a break from your screen and take part in the 15-minute lunchtime sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm AEST. Want to get the kids involved? Sam Wood and his family have been hosting free weekday workouts for families via Facebook Live. In the first three weeks 28 by Sam Wood had over one million families participate – yep, pretty crazy. And it won’t take you a whole heap of time – they’re 28-minute workouts, so you can easily fit one into your lunch break during the day. FYI: Tuesdays and Thursdays are the kid-friendly days.
