How easy it was to use: Members really loved just how easy it was to dye their hair at home with the hair colour. It didn’t smell or drip during application, instructions were easy to follow, and the colour matched the box too.

The way it covered greys: Reviewers said they were shocked by just how well the hair colour covered every single strand of grey hair they had.

It left hair soft and silky: Unlike traditional hair dyes, Review Crew® members said their hair felt nourished, soft and silky after they dyed their hair using Clairol.

“I was doubtful about using the hair colour at home. But the dark brown colour matched my hair 100%. Great coverage for grey hair. The colour is easy to apply and does not drip. The conditioner is amazing, leaves the hair soft and silky and smells nice too. I have thin hair but the quantity was generous for thick long hair. The instructions are simple and easy to follow for a first time user as well. The shine it gives and gloss it gives to the hair is not achievable with any other brand. Overall a great box colour…”

“I loved this easy to use product. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Love, love, love the newer gloves, they feel great and are so much easier to use. No overpowering smell through the house. Colours exactly as per Instructions so read them carefully particularly If you have dark or long hair. If using a light colour you may need a toner for the yellow tones. The after care conditioner is nourishing and gives you enough to use a few times to care for your coloured hair. I will definitely recommend this product and purchase again. ............ you won't regret using this.”

“One of the best home hair colours I have used. I found the bottle ingredients combined easily and quickly. Product applied easily and covered hair well. The application process was easy and I felt no itching or stinging sensation that I have with some other colourants. I don’t have quite a lot of grey hair and I was surprised that this colour not only covered the grey hair well but also gave it a really nice tonal blond colour and left hair feeling very soft and silky. Conditioner applied easily and had a very pleasant scent. Definitely among the best products I have used.”
