The verdict

“[Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo has] a really beautiful summer smell… I liked how sweet and nice my hair smelt for the few days after. I found you only needed a small amount as it went really far (unlike some shampoos that don’t lather up too much). My hair always feels really clean and fresh after using it. I would recommend this shampoo – I feel like it will be really refreshing and nice to wash your hair with after a day at the beach! It is nice to have affordable shampoo options like this on offer.”

“I’m always on the lookout for products that can help revive my often dull and lifeless hair. I found [that Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo is] beautifully scented, easy to use and it delivers a thorough cleanse. After use my hair smells lovely and feels smoother. My hair has more body than normal and even looks great when I don’t have time to blow dry it after washing. Costing $12.99 for 400ml, it is good value for money. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a hard working shampoo.”

“My hair is naturally frizzy/fine which is a little more dry and thinning since giving birth and bleaching it earlier this year. I wash my hair 1-2 times per week and tend to air dry. I was a little concerned initially as the scent [of the Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Conditioner] was quite strong while washing my hair but found it faded to a lovely subtle scent once my hair dried. I shampooed twice using Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Shampoo and only needed to use the smallest amount as the conditioner covered my hair well. My hair was a lot easier to brush, feeling a lot softer and manageable. Perfect for a busy mum!”

“Wow, [Herbal Essences bio:renew White Strawberry & Mint Conditioner] exceeded my standards! For a supermarket brand you just can't beat it! It is moisturising on my hair and it left no greasy residue. I also liked how easy it was to wash off even though it felt more like a hair masque than a conditioner. I am really impressed! The product itself smells divine and I also loved the bottle. I can use this a couple of times a week as a replacement to my current conditioner and I really did notice significant improvement to my hair, it was less frizzy and also seemed less prone to split ends! I love this conditioner and I will continue to use it and then buy a new bottle when I need it. It is great and will remain a staple in my hair care routine.”
