To say that Kaia Gerber and Cara Delevigne are insanely fit is like saying the sky is blue or the earth is round. Because, um… hello. They’re two of the highest-paid models of the moment - it’s literally their job to stay in shape.
Be that as it may, what you see on the runway is the result of hours and hours and hours spent at the gym. Yup, the girls go HARD when it comes to their partner workouts, as evidenced by this IG post via celebrity PT Kirk Myers (who, btw, is responsible for most of the bodies you see on Victoria’s Secret billboards.)

On the agenda for their sweat sesh? 15 and 10-pound (6.8kg and 4.5kg) barbell back squats and power sled pulls. While the former works the entire body, the latter builds solid strength in the glutes, hamstrings, calves, quads and core. Plus, it’s great for anaerobic and aerobic conditioning.

Next up? Boxing. Think knee strikes, roundhouse kicks, jabs and uppercuts (surely, we’re not the only ones sweating just watching this?)
