Soft, supple skin is just a sleep away with this anti-ageing night cream

Here’s what our Review Crew® had to say about this hardworking nighttime hero

The product

There’s nothing more magical in our opinion than an effective night cream. Simply apply as the final step in your evening routine and wake up post-slumber to radiant, plump and supple skin. Plus, when that night cream is uber affordable, well it’s a no-brainer really, *adds to cart*.

L'Oréal Paris Golden Age Re-Densifying Night Cream is a hardworking anti-ageing night cream that utilises peony polyphenols to help stimulate skin cell renewal overnight and revitalise skin for a more radiant and nourished complexion by morning. All you have to do is rest those weary peepers and this little guy does the rest.

Our panel of Review Crew® testers put this nourishing night cream to the test.

The panel

Beauty Crew sent L'Oréal Paris Golden Age Re-Densifying Night Cream to a panel of women aged 60 and over with normal to dry skin that appears dull, translucent and lacks colour and vibrancy.

The lowdown

Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about L'Oréal Paris Golden Age Re-Densifying Night Cream.

How it minimised the appearance of wrinkles: Many of our members were pleased to report a noticeable reduction in the appearance of their wrinkles after adding the night cream into their routine.

The nourishing formula: Members loved the peony polyphenol-enriched formula that left their skin feeling nourished, supple and soft after application.

The fast-absorbing finish: Reviewers were very impressed by just how quickly the cream absorbed into skin, especially considering the rich, hydrating cream format.

The verdict

“I have scleroderma and find it extremely difficult to get a cream that actually moisturises my skin. It was quite a thick cream… there was no nasty sticky feeling you get with some creams. After a few weeks of using this I’m finding my skin is actually feeling and looking a lot smoother and softer. I would happily recommend (and already have) to anyone who has very dry skin or sensitive skin.”

“The cream is surprisingly quite thick but it was readily absorbed into my skin, there was no oily residue and absolutely zero transfer onto my pillowcase. The cream left my skin feeling soft, hydrated, eradicated a couple of dry areas, especially around my nose and found the fine lines weren't as visible. I also noticed that when waking up in the mornings, my skin still felt soft and hydrated which was fantastic.”

“After a few weeks of trialing this night cream I am impressed. A thicker cream than I am used to, it is very absorbent. The fine lines around my eyes and mouth have decreased slightly and I am sure will get better with continuing usage. Massaging it into the back of my hands I could see an immediate change.”
