The BEAUTYcrew team reveal their makeup routines

Plus, the playlists they listen to while getting ready

BEAUTYcrew Content Producer / March 13 2023

For years we’ve sat down with social media stars as they get ready.

We’ve learned a thing or two from their routines too; like layering powder under our foundation for longevity and how to apply highlighter without looking oily

But now it’s our turn.

The BEAUTYcrew team has banded together to share the makeup products we rely on every day (and how we like to apply them), plus we’ve created playlists for you to listen to so you can groove right along with us while we beat our faces.

Makeup brushes at the ready folks — come and get ready with the BEAUTYcrew team!

Method:

  1. Use fingers to apply a healthy layer of Youthforia Pregame Primer ($60.37 at Revolve), focusing on the T-zone.
  2. Apply one pump of No.1 De Chanel Revitalizing Foundation in ‘BD20’ ($110 at Myer) all over the face, concentrating on the areas that need coverage. Blend with a densely packed foundation brush.
  3. Use the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer ($49 at Charlotte Tilbury) to brighten the under-eye area, blending with a kitten paw brush.
  4. Diffuse oily areas and set your base with a dusting of the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder in ‘2 Medium’ ($70 at Charlotte Tilbury). Only apply where needed (under eyes and T-zone), not all over the face.
  5. Use a large, round and soft brush to collect some of the CHANEL Healthy Glow Bronzing Cream ($91 at Myer), and blend in sheer layers on the areas of the face where the sun would naturally hit.
  6. Add some colour to the cheeks with Nudestix Nudies Matte All Over Face Colour in ‘Naughty N’ Spice’ ($57 at Sephora). Start at the high points of your cheekbones and blend up towards your temples.
  7. Run the Benefit 24 Hour Brow Setter ($48 at The Iconic) through your brows in slanted, upwards strokes to encourage fluffiness.
  8. Apply ‘Peach Me’ from the Fenty Beauty Snap Shadows Eyeshadow Palette ($46 at Sephora) as a base colour all over the eyelids. Follow with ‘Shoot Ur Shot’ blended into the crease, and finish with a smidge of ‘Bellini Baby’ applied in the inner corners.
  9. Work the Maybelline Falsies Lash Lift Mascara ($21.99 at Chemist Warehouse) into lashes.
  10. Apply MAC Lipstick in ‘Velvet Teddy’ ($34 at The Iconic) to lips.
