Beauty Crew sent the Manicare Biodegradable Cleansing Mitt to a panel of women aged 18 to 45 looking for a reusable solution to cleansing wipes.

The lowdown

Here’s what the Review Crew® loved about the Manicare Biodegradable Cleansing Mitt.

The gentle texture of the mitt fabric: Members were really impressed by how soft and gentle the fabric of the mitt was, while still effectively cleansing and exfoliating the skin.

The way it smoothed the skin: Reviewers liked that the mitt gently exfoliated their skin during their cleansing routine, and it left their skin feeling smoother and softer.

The mitt is reusable: A few Review Crew® members were cynical that the mitt would last for more than a few uses, but they admitted they were wrong after their mitt held up over time. They also liked that they could clean, dry and re-use the mitt without it smelling or holding bacteria.

“I really like this product! I’ve never used a cleansing mitt before but this was an experience that certainly paid off. I’m usually hesitant to try new things on my skin because it can be sensitive but I had no issues at all! In fact, my skin felt smoother after every use and even fresher than when I only use a gel cleanser and rub it in with my hands. This product is definitely a much-needed addition to my skin care routine. Easy to use, easy to clean, and kind to my skin. Would definitely recommend this as a nice and gentle exfoliating mitt!”

“You know when you come across something and you didn’t know you needed it until you found it? Well this is one of those things. I wasn’t sure what to expect but I absolutely love this little mitt. I keep it in the shower and use it with my cleanser every day. It’s great as it helps my very expensive cleanser go a little bit further and also adds a very gentle exfoliating effect. I recently had a TCA peel and this was the perfect tool to help buff away the peeling skin super gently. I keep it in the shower and it dries out easily so no yucky damp face towel! I am an absolute convert and will definitely be buying it again. The other great thing is it is biodegradable so no guilt about throwing it out when it’s time is up. I definitely recommend adding this nifty little sponge to your morning shower routine.”
