I'd recommend this contour palette for body contouring rather than face. The shades are pigmented and are great colours in the pan however the contour shades in particular can look muddy on the skin. I found the contour shades difficult to blend out, you need to use a very light hand. I now use this product to contour my chest and neck

The contouring palate in this beauty pack is great for beginners as the product is buildable. The product also doesn't hold together to well so delicate handling is important. I would say this product is better suited for lighter skin due to there being little pigmentation in the palate.The self tanner is also great only downfall is that it doesn't tend to last to long.
