Bioré Deep Cleansing Pore Strips

The Biore deep cleansing pore strips are so satisfying to use! I have used pore strips many times throughout my life and I am always impressed with the results. The product is really easy to use, you just have to follow the directions on the package but as someone who has used them before I knew what to expect. Nevertheless, I still followed the instructions. You have to get your nose wet and then apply the pore strip onto your nose in the direction stated on the packaging. I press it down to ensure that it's sticking to my nose. After awhile you will notice that it will start to feel tight and after around 10-20 minutes you can take it off. Taking off the pore strip doesn't feel painful as I try to peel it off in the most gentle way possible. Afterwards you are able to see just what was removed from your nose. All the congestion and sebaceous filaments are removed and you can see it all there on the strip! It looks gross but it's satisfying to see what was removed. My nose looks and feels so clean afterwards!

The Original Deep Cleansing Pore Strips were so satisfactory to use. The fact that I could literally rip out the blackheads was awesome. I used the strips once a week while soaking in a bath (to ensure that my skin was soft and pores open). The instructions are easy to follow. I have sensitive skin and I could only leave the strip on for 5 minutes before I could feel that it was ready to be taken off. The peeling off part might be a bit painful and I had to do it slowly but the moment I could see all the residue on the strip, I was happy that the pain had paid it off and my nose was a bit cleaner again. Unfortunately, the strip didn't clean all the pores and a lot of the blackheads were still there, I would definitely recommend at least giving it a go start getting your journey towards cleaner skin.

I suffer from enlarged pores and sebaceous filaments. Pore strips were all the rage in the 90s but it was good to try them again. For my skin type, I decided to oil-cleanse my skin first to loosen the 'plugs' in my pores. After rinsing and drying and wetting my nose, I put this on and leave it for 12 minutes until it dries completely. I gently peel the strip off and can see all the grey brown gunk all over the strip. Kinda gross, but also satisfying! With the gunk removed, my pores look cleaner and less noticeable. My nose didn't dry out and peel the next day which was good. I don't use this very often and definitely not when my skin is dry. It is effective but not something you want to use all the time, as the adhesive is very strong. But I think it's better than squeezing.
