Burt’s Bees Skin Nourishment Eye Cream

This eye cream is so soft and lousious on the skin. It absorbs without leaving a greasy feeling and you only need a small amount so it lasts for a long time. I also like that is had a very subtle scent and doesn’t irrate my skin as I have very sensitive skin. It’s a five star from me!

Love this eye cream, I have used it from time to time, especially when it’s colder time since the formula has helped me with dryness around and top of my eyelid.  The only thing downside is the price, so I only buy this when it’s on special only.  But overall is a great eye cream and people with drier skin should try it. Palmer’s has great products range! 

I love burts bees products so thought I would try this eye cream as it was a good price and some eye creams can be very expensive. For the price this cream delivered great results, I used this around the eye area morning and night and it visibly reduced the appearance of my fine lines, while it didnt take them away my eyes looked better. The eye area was definately smoother. this cream is easy to use and is not greasy, it sinks in really well and you dont need to use a lot so it lasts a long time, its very soft in texture so gentle on the delicate eye area, for the price i would recommend this to reduce fine lines

As someone with oily skin, I have avoided eye creams in the past as they have a tendency to give me milia spots around my eyes. With the skin being so thin and delicate around the eye area, milia spots are hard to remove and scarring can occur if you try and do it yourself. I had started to notice fine lines around my eyes as I get older, and also dryness, especially in winter, so I decided to give this eye cream a go. I got as part of a pack from Burt's Bees with a cleanser and moisturiser. I have to say, this was my favourite of the three products that came in the pack, which is saying something. The cream is quite light. It absorbs easily and doesn't leave any residue in terms of tacky feel or an oily/shiny finish. There is no scent either, which is good. Sometimes I find that moisturisers or sunscreens that I use cam make my eyes watery throughout the day, but this is not a problem with this product. The packaging is unique in that the tip of the tube is shaped to a point like a pencil. I dispense the product onto my finger, and then around my eyes and this is what the box said to do, so I am not sure what the advantage of the pointed tip is, but it certainly isn't a negative for me,  As with eye creams, you only need a tiny amount so the tube will last for ages. I also put the cream between my eyebrows where my skin gets dry. I am not sure whether this will really reduce fine lines in the long term, but it definitely plumps up the under-eye area and is the perfect base to apply concealer. It has also helped to reduce the affects of allergy induced dermatitis that I get under my eyes from time to time. This eye cream is a winner for me. I love the light, but nourishing texture, and i find it perfect to use morning and night. I would recommend it to anyone, but particularly those with oily skin who are worried about heavy products around the eyes.
