I was lucky enough to trial this for the beauty crew and was very happy with the results! This easy quick drying gel worked effectively to diminish two pimples on my jaw line I could feel brewing without drying the surrounding area. I was able to apply for a few days in a row until the pimples were gone and had no flaky skin which I have experienced with some other blemish gels. Over all extremely happy with the product and it is such a great price point. Definitely recommend as a spot treatment and I would repurchase in the future.

I really enjoyed using this product. It’s very effective, yet, still very gentle, and you can use it all over your face, and I didn’t get any irritation. It definitely reduced my breakouts and the severity of my acne, but I also reduced my pause and dramatically, helped blackheads and congestion on my nose. I still have a tiny bit of acne, however, it’s not aggressive like it was, and it’s very manageable. And when using this range, it has dramatically, reduce the severity of my existing acne and it definitely makes a difference in controlling new breakouts as well. I will definitely continue using this range.

I'm a massive fan of Cerave's cleanser range so I was eager to give this a try! Straight off the bat, I'd say this works better as a spot treatment over problem areas rather than all over the face. Cerave's Blemish Control Gel has a consistency similar to that of a serum, so it spreads quite easily, though I did find it slightly tacky and had to wait a little while before applying anything on top. It didn't feel drying nor did it lead to any peeling or anything. Overall, a great companion to use alongside Cerave's cleansers! Would recommend!!

I used this CeraVe blemish control gel with the CeraVe blemish control cleanser. Together they worked well and I had a reduced amount of pimples and my pores were smaller. I really like this gel and the consistency was good and not all sticky. I would buy this again. And the price is really great when you are on a budget. I would recommend and buy again! There is no odour which is great for my sensitive skin. I used a moisturiser afterwards from CeraVe and they paired nicely together. Am very happy I tried this blemish gel!

Got this Blemish gel product as part of the Beauty Crew trial and love it. The packaging of this gel is quite practical as it allows me to squeeze just the right amount of product for my face. The gel texture is a little sticky at the beginning of application to the face but it does dry nicely on the face. I find it just the right amount settledness on my face if that makes sense. I definitely recommend using the gel along with the cleanser to achieve the full result of acne control skin. With both products being used, I found my skin texture has improved. Will continue to use this product as my everyday product. Recommend this gel for acne-prone skin and will repurchase this item.

I recently tried the CeraVe Blemish Cleanser and I have found it to be an effective solution for acne and blemishes. The cleanser worked well to unclog pores and reduce blemishes, while supporting my skin's moisture barrier. The purifying clay helped reduce my skin’s oiliness without weird feeling/discomfort. Within a week of using the product, I noticed a reduction in pimples. The cleanser was easy to apply and felt comfortable on my skin. Overall, I would recommend the CeraVe Blemish Cleanser to anyone who is struggling with acne or blemishes.

This gel was a nice change from my Benzac spotting gel. The gel has a cooling effect with assisted to calm down irritation and inflamation caused from uncomfortable pimples. I did notice that redness was reduced from breakouts also. However, I felt that the gel was not as effective as drying out and recovering the skin from the pimple compared to other products.  The product was also not great to use under makeup. I would usally wait for the gel to dry before applying my foundation however I notice that the spots where the gel was applied cause the makeup to separate.

I was sent this product to test out and have rather enjoyed it. I have acne prone combo skin and have been trying to manage my skin for years. I have come along way but still get pesky pimples even as an adult. This product has been a great targeted treatment to spot treat active breakouts at an affordable price range. Texture and smell seems fine.. maybe a little tacky. Overall does help out but probably stronger with a routine of acne busting products. Cerave is a favourite brand of mine as i find it to be gentle and targeting at the same time. Reasonably priced as well so worth givong a go

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. I tried this product alongside the cleanser of the same range. I have sensitive acne prone skin so this range seemed like it would be great to keep my spots at bay. Unfortunately, either this product or the cleanser broke me out quite badly. I recommend building up a small resilience for your skin before including strong chemicals/products to your routine. This may work for those with previous history of success with aha/bha products. The gels consistency is pleasant, with no noticeable small.

I’m super impressed with CeraVe Blemish Control Gel. This gel formulated product has a beautiful mixture of AHA (Glycolic Acid and Lactic Acid) and BHA (Salicyclic Acid) that helps visibly reduce blemishes. I stored this product in the fridge to give a cooling sensation to my skin upon application. During the first week, I applied all over my face morning and night. Then the 2nd week, I applied 3-4 times a week. I used as a spot treatment during the day and all over at night. My skin got used to the product very quickly and reduced my smaller blemishes. I wasn’t breaking out as much as I normally would. My oiliness was kept at bay. My skin felt smooth and soft. This is a great drugstore product especially with the 3 mixtures of active ingredients at a affordable price. I really enjoyed this gel product and have already purchased a second one.

Didnt love this but didnt hate this. I dont really know how much it helped my hormonal breakout as i still have some blemishes. Easy to use and easy to encorporate into the daily routine. Doesnt cause redness and my sensitive skin didnt have any major reaction to this product but also did not cause any miracles. Easy to apply. Does notmfeel sticky and skin still feels clean after use. Doesnt effect make up on top. As my breakouts are hormonal im not really sure the impact this product truel had on my skin.

I have used many products from the CeraVe range. The CeraVe Blemish Gel was one of my favourite products from their range. It was super easy to apply and I love the gel like texture, which allows the product to glide on smoothly. I have oily/combination skin so the fact that it spreads easily and absorbs quickly is amazing! I haven’t experienced any breakouts during use. My skin felt and looked soft just after a few applications. I look forward to adding this product into my daily skincare routine. Overall, great product - would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I used this product alongside the cerave blemish cleanser and think they complimented one another brilliantly. I put the blemish control gel onto specific problem areas and found a significant improvement within a few weeks. This product didn't dry my skin out, it stayed hydrated throughout its use and continues to do so. I didn't use this product every day, I kept to using it on problem areas only when and where required. My pores look visibly reduced and my skin is overall much brighter and clear - I've had many compliments about my skin lately after using the Cerave range. Overall i'd recommend the Cerave range to anyone with mild problem skin specifically for blemishes and open pores.

I used the Blemish Control Gel following the blemish control cleanser, it didn’t sting or burn at all which I loved. I didn’t find it did a whole lot for me but it didn’t make my skin worse so that’s a plus. it did have a kind of odd smell but nothing horrible, probably just due to the actives in it. Overall i definitely prefer the matching cleanser but this was a nice addition to my routine. I wouldn’t recommend to people with cystic acne but i see it working well for smaller breakouts and blackheads

This was such a beautiful product to trial. My skin was left feeling super smooth and clean after each use of the gel. My pores appear to look smaller and less visible when applying makeup, which can be contributed to using this product cohesively with the cleanser.The bottle is quite compact and easy to take with you anywhere. I ended up taking it with me on my travels as it fit nicely in my beauty bags and didn’t take too much space. I wouldn’t necessarily use this product on a daily basis as it does contain BHA so I would need to analyze my skincare routine and what other products I’ll be using

This gel is absolutely wonderful at stopping blemishes in their tracks. It doesn’t dry out my skin, make it sting or strip it at all. It has worked amazingly to stop blemishes that are under the surface, and prevents them from getting bigger than they usually do without the gel. It has a lovely consistency and doesn’t have any odour like other anti-blemish gels. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that is suffering from blemishes, it’s an awesome product. I will definitely be purchasing this product in the future, and will make sure I never run out!

I am combination-oily and this worked well with my skin. My skin has improved, it is much more smooth and blemishes are minimised. Even marks that I had are minimised. I did use this together with the cleanser so they work well together. Didn't do much for pores, mainly breakouts. Good if you have regular breakouts. No stinging at all so i think should be fine for sensative skin. I also used this on my back as i suffer from some back acne and this improved my skin there also. Great quality product for the price and the quantity you get.

I'm obsessed with this cleanser! I have oily, acne prone, sensitive skin and this has helped clear my blemishes massively without any negative reactions. The consistency is gentle on the skin yet effective at clearing breakouts, especially my cystic acne. It is safe to use morning and night without disrupting your skin barrier. There is no scent to it and it fee;s extremely calming on the skin. I will definitely continue to use this product and would recommend to anyone struggling with their skin but doesn't want to use anything too harsh!
