CHANEL Le Volume De Chanel Waterproof Mascara

Beautiful mascara. I’m a huge fan of waterproof mascara. I’ve struggled in the past with mascara smudging under the eye, and this one didn’t do that which was a pleasant surprise. I purchased mine in brown which gave a really nice natural look. Certainly makes the lashes thicker.

The packaging of the Chanel Le Volume De Chanel Waterproof Mascara is nice and the wand allows for just the right amount of product needed and applies smoothly onto eyelashes. The mascara gives volume, doesn't clump and provides long-lasting wear throughout the day and it is waterproof, yet easy to remove.  It provides understated, beautiful, voluminous and clump-free lashes. An issue I had with this mascara is that it doesn't hold curls. I curl my lashes before application and with just one coat, the curl disappears and I am back to square one with flat lashes. Usually, waterproof mascaras hold curls better than regular mascara; however it might just be the formula that weighs them down. Be warned that the product dries quickly so a fast hand is needed to apply and adjust lashes.  I probably wouldn't repurchase this exact mascara, but I will try out others in the Chanel range. 

This is a mascara is great to separate and make your lashes thicker, however I find that to get length i need to use my Dior mascara
