CHANEL Rouge Allure Ink

I love this product. I got it in the shade 142 and absolutely love everything about this form the packaging to texture. The packaging, like always, very classy yet it's very convenient because you can see the colour through the frosted glass. The texture is very soft and lightweight. It applies smoothly and doesn't accentuate the dry patches on your lips. The pigmentation is great, very opaque but you can definitely use your finger to sheer it out for a softer look. Even though it's a matte formula but it doesn't dry out my lips and kinda fill in the lines so it actually makes my lips look fuller and plumper.  Pros: - nice packaging  - easy application - pigmented and lightweight  - doesn't accentuate dry lips - long lasting  Cons: - can't think of any :) I think this is absolutely a beautiful product and think it would be suitable for everyone.

I bought this in Amoureux, which is a pretty soft pink and it has replaced my previous favourite My-Lips-But-Better - NARS in Bangkok.  They're both gorgeous, but the main difference is that in addition to gorgeous colour, this one seems to add a bit of fullness to my lips, and that's always a nice bonus in a lip product!  I also find this one so much nicer to apply than other mattes I've used because it's a silky, creamy liquid that settles down to a velvety finish, minus the dryness that many matte lip colours leave behind.  For me the whole point of lip colour is to make me feel like a more polished version of myself, brimming with confidence and a "ready to take on the world" attitude.  No one does that better than Chanel!  For ease of application as well as staying power and outstanding colour selection, Chanel Rouge Allure Ink is a knockout product!  There are so many different brands of matte lip colours in so many different formulas out there now, but in my opinion, this one is hands down the best!  When in doubt, Chanel!

Highly recommended for anyone who needs a beautiful, long lasting, super pigmented lipstick (i.e. everyone!). Love love love!

Great pigment and beautiful texture. It leaves your lips feeling smooth and moisturized. You can apply as many layers as you like to build and darken the shade to your liking, and it still feels like you are barely wearing anything on your lips. Love love love it!
