COVERGIRL TruBlend Sun & Sculpt Bronzing Glow Serum

Shade 30 Light Medium is my perfect shade. The formula is nice on the skin and gives a warm sun-kissed vibe. It can be worn on its own, mixed into foundation or applied prior to foundation. My favourite is to wear it on its own on lazy days, but also under make-up when I need a bit more coverage to look alive. The packaging itself is very smart - i loved using the doe-foot applicator for precision - and placing it exactly where I needed it, whilst the pump was very useful when mixing it in with foundation. It definitely makes the face feel more alive and lasts well throughout the day. It is also very easy to use.

I received two of these Covergirl Trublend Sun & Sculpt Brinzing Glow Serums to try. I received shades 30 which is light medium, as well as 20 which is light. The glow serum is packaged in a great way, with the ability to pump out the product from the top of the bottle or the top can be twisted and a wand can be used that way, for a more targeted way of applying the product. I opted to use it as a pump and found that a few pumps of the product was needed in order to provide full face coverage. The serum sits nicely on the skin, it doesn’t feel heavy or cakey. Shade 30 was really nice on my olive skin tone. I don’t often use glow type or bronzing type products but this was quite subtle and didn’t make me look to orangey or over the top. Will be interested to keep experimenting with these!

I love this bronzing serum! It mixes easily with my sunscreen to give my skin a gorgeous glow just by itself, or a stunning undertone to my usual makeup. It feels incredibly smooth on my skin and provides a wonderful base. Application is easy with the option of a pump to use when mixing with sunscreen / moisturiser, or the wand for more focused applications. The product is lovely and natural in it's effect in providing a wonderful sun-kissed or bronzed look. My skin feels amazing all day when I wear this and I feel as if I can't go without it now I've tried it!

I enjoyed trying the COVERGIRL TruBlend Sun & Sculpt Bronzing Glow Serum. It gives a lovely bronzed glow and is a nice option if you like a more radiant, sun-kissed look. I can see how it would be great for someone who enjoys experimenting with their makeup and adding a bit of extra warmth to their complexion. For me personally, though, it's not quite the right fit for my everyday routine. I'm 50, prefer a more natural, simple look and don't like spending too much time applying makeup. I tend to reach for products that are quick and easy to use and give me a subtle finish. While I liked this product, I don't think it's one I'd use regularly. It's definitely worth trying if you enjoy a bronzed, glowy look, but it's just not quite for me!

I tried the COVERGIRL TruBlend Sun & Sculpt Bronzing Glow Serum in shades 30 Light Medium and 40 Medium. For my olive skin tone, shade 40 was a little too dark, while shade 30 was a much better match and gave me a natural bronzed look. I mostly used the wand applicator rather than the pump because it allowed me to apply the product exactly where I wanted more warmth and definition. I then used a brush to blend it out, which gave a smoother and more seamless finish. The formula is lightweight, easy to blend, and buildable, so it never looked heavy on my skin. I liked how natural the result looked and how easy it was to customise the amount of product. Shade 30 worked really well for everyday wear, giving my skin a subtle, healthy glow without looking overdone. Overall, I found it very easy to use and a great option for achieving a natural bronzed look.
