Dior J’Adore L’Or

This is an exquisite perfume with great depth. Perfect for evenings and cooler weather when you want a more substantial scent. Does resemble Guerlain’s Samsara, but creamier. Hubby surprised me with this for Christmas. J’adore is a beautiful scent that I have been wearing for nearly two decades. I have classic J’adore perfume, hair mist and body milk as well as touché de Parfum (which is another very special scent), but this L’or version is something extra special, which is noticeable in the packaging. L’or is pure indulgence and elegance.

I love this fragrance - the beautiful shaped bottle holds a special place on my dressing table it makes me happy when I look at it. There is a fresh floral fragrance that stays with you , leaving a very light scent on your skin throughout the day. I usually wear this most days & it really lasts leaving you feeling special all day!!

I received a sample of this in a magazine and I have to say that this is just gorgeous!  I have had a few bottles of the original Jadore (which I  also love) and although there is a hint of the original, this smells like a whole new fragrance.  I think this is more robust than the original.  The original Jadore is quite a delicate scent and quite light.  The L'Or smells stronger and has more effusive floral notes.  It almost has a powdery smell to me. It is still an elegant fragrance and comes in the same beautiful bottle.   I think this would be better for spring and summer nights and thecoriginal is a better day perfume.  Either way your covered all day with these dreamy scents!
