Highly restorative!
This is a lovely, thick daily cream that I love to use! I love applying this to my face, but I have found it to be particularly beneficial when applied generously to my neck and chest area. These seem to be areas of my skin that need a little extra moisture and my skin appears less aged and red since using this cream. I like to apply this daily and my skin just keeps drinking it in, no matter how much more I keep applying! I feel like this is a great product for all skin types, and especially those where you would like to see dramatic skin repair and improvement. The difference I have noticed in how this cream has wound the clock back for me in just a few weeks has been a noticeable change. Recommend!

Great restorative cream
Trialed the Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream and was not disappointed. This cream calms my and my kids n’ irritated and sensitive skin. Very soothing and moisturising and really helps with red, dry and flaky skin which my kids get quite often as they have eczema.
It doesn’t work overnight like steroid creams but if used consistently it works and is much more gentle and something you can use on the long term . Always been a fan of Avene products, only complaint is for a better price for such a small tube.

Multipurpose wonder
I’ve really come to love Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream because it’s one of those rare products that actually is multipurpose. I’ve used it on my 3-year-old, on my own face during dry or irritated phases, on grazes & rough patches and on my dry hands - and it consistently works.
It’s thick and creates a protective layer, but it still absorbs well and doesn’t leave a greasy, heavy feeling many healing balms do. It’s great for calming redness, speeding up the healing of little scrapes, and soothing dry, irritated skin (on both kids and adults). It does initially give a white zinc cast, but rubs in clear with minimal effort.
The only downside is that it can feel a bit too heavy for everyday use on the face it’s my skin leans a bit oily, but as an overnight repair cream it’s excellent. Overall, it’s become a reliable “fix-anything” tube in our house.

My Emergency Skin-Repair Cream
I’ve been really impressed with Avène Cicalfate+. Anytime my skin gets dry, cracked, irritated, or just feels a bit angry, this cream fixes it so much faster than I expect. It gives that instant soothing feeling the moment I put it on, and within a couple of days the area always looks calmer and more healed.
The texture is rich but not suffocating, and it creates a nice protective layer without being greasy. I love that it works on pretty much everything. My skin always feels softer and less irritated after using it.

Great for dry sensitive skin
Avene products are the most reliable for sensitive skin, and this is no exception. After using this for a few weeks, this has graduated into my daily rotation of skin products. Its rich but still very hydrating - leaving skin very fresh and healthy looking. You can also feel the difference from the very first application. It works particularly well on my kids who are prone to eczema - after applying this to their dry patches, it soothes the skin and repairs it overnight. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Deep care for dry and sensitive skin
I used this cream at night as a face mask because it has a very rich and thick texture that feels really creamy and comforting on the skin. I noticed that my skin felt more hydrated and calm after using it and I also loved using it on my lips because it gives it a very deep hydration, especially when they were very dry.
For my normal skin type, it feels a little too heavy for daily use, but as a night treatment/face mask, it worked very well, creating a protective film on the skin that provides shooting and nourishment,
I also used it on very dry areas of my body, like elbows and knees, and it helped a lot with dryness and overall health look. I really liked this product and I would definitely use it again during the colder months, when my skin needs more protection and hydration or even after some more chemical/active treatment, to restore its protective layer.

I have been using the Eau Thermale Avene Cicalfate Plus Restorative Protective Cream for years and it is one of the few products I always come back to. It is the cream I reach for whenever my skin feels irritated, dry or stressed and it has never let me down. The texture is thick and comforting but it spreads easily and creates a soothing protective layer on the skin.
What I love most is how quickly it helps calm any irritation. Whether my skin is feeling sensitive, over treated or just out of balance, this cream settles everything down and gives an instant sense of relief. It helps with redness, rough patches and any areas that need extra care. By the next day my skin always looks more even and feels more comfortable.

Skincare Game Changer
I have been lucky enough to trial the Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream and it is quickly becoming a person favourite product.
The price point is really affordable. Which makes it a product that you will happily re purchase because it delivers to what it promises.
I love that this cream is fragrance free, it really is a multi use product that really repaired my skin and soothe it from damage from the elements. It restores the skins natural moisture barrier and i found that it was really soft and worked.

Great for Nourishing Dry Skin
I put on Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream every night for the past 3 weeks. Since then, my daughter has kept telling me that my skin looks alive and refreshed. I'm in my mid-30s and I know that my skin needed to be nourished as early as 10 years ago. I'm glad I tried this product. It has moisturised my skin more than any other moisturiser I've tried. I will most likely but this product again and make it a staple in my routine. I highly recommend this to those who have dry and mature skin.

Soothing
I have been using a prescription vitamin A and my skin barrier is a little compromised at the moment so this product is perfect for me.
It comes in a handy tube, doesn't have a strong smell and is very thick.
I would use it at night, I apply my serums and wait for them to be absorbed and then put it on top.
Also on the nights I used vitamin A I would put a bit in the sensitive areas like the corners of my nose just to protect that area, it worked a treat.
The cream it self is very thick and with some serums it does pill, and it does take a while to be absorbed and it does feel heavy on the skin. But the benefits out way the negatives for me.

Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream is incredibly soothing and does an amazing job at restoring my skin when it’s dry, irritated, or feeling compromised. The creamy texture spreads easily and creates a protective film that keeps moisture in without feeling heavy. My skin feels hydrated and comforted from the first application, and I notice visible improvement within a couple of days. The C+ Restore™ postbiotic and Thermal Spring Water really calm my skin, making this a go to for sensitivity, dryness, and healing.
Paired with the Eau Thermale Avene Vitamin Activ Cg Serum my skin has come back to life.

Great product
This is a great little product I just wish there was more of it - need more proof that it's great? My husband now uses it and I feel like he should review it also!
I noticed a change in his hands after regular use (dry and cracks) even to the point where he admires his softer hands.
A little does go a long way but when you have 2 people using it - you need more.
It does take a little longer to settle into the skin but it's not that bad, but it's a really nice product to use with a gentle smell and easy to use tube. I would recommend this product for those that use their hands and develop skin irritation or dryness.

Great cream
After using the Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protection Cream for the last few weeks, I can officially say I’m sold. I’ve been using it on my face each night after cleansing and toning and was pleasantly surprised that I woke up with nice soft skin that wasn’t dripping in oil. It helped to repair the skin where blemishes were healing and gave my skin a soft glow. It is gentle enough to use on all ages without being too thick and hard to rub in. I will be continuing to use this cream and see where it helps take my skin.

Excellent restorative cream!
I am so happy with this product. I have been having flaky, red skin around my eyebrow area since the beginning of winter which I find really annoying, and nothing really does the job. This product actually cleared it up! I think it's a great formula that works well for damage, red skin. It is so gentle and soothing to use. It is excellent for sensitive skin and is fragrance free. It is also cool that you can use it anywhere on the body that needs a bit of extra care. A little bit goes a long way.

I really enjoy this Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream. It’s a cream I find is a staple and a must have at all times. The product itself is lovely and thick and provides great emollient hydration. It has so many uses. Perfect as a face moisturiser when I need extra hydration or if I have a dry or irritated patch I pop some on. Also great for the body for irritated patches. It a a small but mighty tube. It’s also pretty affordable so great to always have one on hand. It helps to really soothe as it’s super gentle. Highly recommend to everyone.

Great
I enjoyed testing the Eau Thermale Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream. As someone with sensitive and often dry skin which can be prone to breakouts, this did not irritate my skin and left it feeling hydrated. The formula is thick so a little goes a long way. I used this after cleansing my skin and applying my light serums underneath. It leaves a dewy finish which does settle into the skin after a while. Due to the thicker formula I have been using this at night before bed, my skin looks hydrated and soft in the morning which I love. I would recommend this product especially for those who have sensitive skin with redness.

Soothing and Hydrating Cream
Every now and then I use prescription retinol for acne and anti ageing benefits and when I do my skin can get quite dry, flaky and sensitive. During these times I have to be very selective with what skincare products I'm using to ensure that I don't cause further irritation, redness or sensitivity. The Avene restorative protective cream has been a great option as a moisturiser. It is a thick and rich cream so I don't have to use much of it. Plus it doesn't contain any fragrance. My only issue is that it I do have to rub it into my skin quite a bit. You really have to work it in because it doesn't absorb that easily. It's also a good option if you have very dry, sensitive skin and/or dry patches on your body. It's incredibly hydrating, won't irritate the skin and contains its signature thermal water.

A great option for glass gloss effect
I've been using this cream for a few days as my night cream and overall, I like it.
The texture is thick as it but it softens when I warm it between my fingers and melts right into my skin. It rich but doesn't feel heavy or thick on the skin. The finish is beautifully glossy, almost like a healthy, dewy glow. When I wake up, my skin feels fresh, soft and hydrated.
If you like thick creams that melt down easily and leave your skin with a glass gloss effect, this one is definitely worth trying, especially as a nighttime moisturizer. My skin consistently feels soft and nourished by morning.
