Garbo & Kelly Femme Fatale Duo Eyeliner

I have been using this product for a month or so, after I received it in a prize, and I have to say, I have been very impressed! I think the real stand out is the liquid eyeliner pen. I have always found liquid liner quite difficult to work with but this product makes it so much easier! The actual tip is quite bendy and flexible so it is easier to shape out the line that you want. I also find that the brush is a good length, so you can almost stamp the eyeliner against the lashline instead of drawing the line (which if we're being honest can be so difficult). I also love the formula of this liner- I find it never goes streaky and the intense matte black formula creates a striking liner! I find that it also wears really well, I have worn it in slightly hotter weather and on nights out and have never had any issues with it smudging or rubbing off my eyes. In terms of the kohl liner on the other side of the pen, I find it is a handy design, especially for travelling or putting in your bag as you only have to carry one pen! However, I do find the pencil its self quite hard and difficult to manoeuvre- however once it is on the eye it does not budge and is extremely long lasting just like the liquid liner!

If you want a really good eyeliner that is a little expensive but is great for special occasions you can’t go past the Garbo & Kelly Femme Fatale Duo Eyeliner. One end of the pen is injected with a Vegan Lash Growing Serum which helps your lashes grow stronger and longer within 4-6 weeks while also enabling you to achieve a gorgeous winged effect with its soft felt tip liner. The other end is a retractable and refillable kohl which is perfect to obtain the ultimate smokey look. The eyeliner is very easy to apply and is water resistant. I find that it requires a good makeup remover at the end of the day to remove it. I love how there are refills for the kohl end of the eyeliner, rather than a product that gets easily discarded at the end of its use. My only criticism is that it only comes in 2 colours the “Back To Black” or the “Jackie Brown”. I would love to see them expand this collection. If you want that ultimate eyeliner to use for those special occasions just like your special little black dress, I would highly recommend this duo eyeliner.

I picked up this product due to the fact that it was two in one and for the price it was worth it. My liquid eyeliner alone costs around the same price but this one contained a kohl eyeliner pencil as well. The liquid eyeliner was exactly what I was looking for. It was a felt tip pen with a thin point making it easy to create a nice winged eye without any problems. The colour was pigmented and would glide on so smoothly. In the morning I would put it on and in the evening it would still be the same. It wouldnt glide off or smudge despite me accidentally rubbing my eyes. Despite it being a thin pen you could also use it for making thick, dramatic cat eyes. The other side was the kohl pencil which you could also use as eyeliner if you find that liquid is too hard to use or you feel like going for something a bit less dramatic. The kohl pencil doesn’t need to be sharpened and it glides smoothly. Some days I like to put a little bit of the kohl pencil on the outer corner of my eye and then smudge it with my makeup brush to give it that smokey, sultry look. The tip is precise and you can use it on the upper or lower lash like depending on the look you are going for. It stays on really well and doesn’t smudge once it’s on. The pigmentation is strong and it lasts the whole day. Overall I think the 2 in 1 is a great product to have in your makeup bag. I use it all the time and find the price to be fair considering the cost per use.

This is a really good product. I love that it's a two in one, as it takes up less space. The liquid eyeliner side is really easy to use for wings, and I can't fault the pencil either. Both are very pigmented. The only thing I can fault is that because it's a 2-in-1, there is less of each product compared to buying two separate eyeliners, so I don't think it's value for money with the price.
