INIKA Bold Lash Vegan Mascara

Inika is a wonderful brand for any beauty lover who is looking for organic, vegan and cruelty free cosmetics.  This mascara is one of the few things I have picked up from them and while it didn't work the best for me, I think it is definitely worth trying.  I have quite straight, stubborn "asian" lashes (part Malay here) that can be weighed down easily and refuse to hold a curl unless I pamper them for a week and speak very nicely on the day.  This mascara has one of my favourite wands - bristle, fat and sturdy. I like these because I feel like they grab on to each lash and they have the weight to really pull through and deposit the product. This, at first, left my lashes very full, very black and very smokey and volumised.  Alas, by the halfway mark of my day I had some decent transfer below my lower lash line and this wouldn't let my weak lashes hold a curl even with a heated curler.  A lot of the time, though, what mascaras don't work for me tend to work with a dryer skin type. As I am combination, my eyelids can become a bit oily and this is what causes mascara to break down on me. For those with a dryer skin, give this a go. You might be genuinely delighted!
