One of my fave nail polishes ever. Just wish they expanded the range. I have 7 available in store atm. cherie macaron (coral pink on me), coral trianon (true coral), orange triomphe (red on me), nude demoisele (light pink nude), nimphea (deep pink, fuchsia) , royal blue (royal navy) and cobalt (prussian blue). All except light pink nude I can wear with one coat alone.  Al these I tend to wear on their own. No base/top coats. Longevity: 6 days easy. I tend to apply 2 coats on fingers, one on toes. Scent: Loreal vintage lipstick scent. Lasts all day! And can feel it next day if close to my nose. Not strong and quite very pleasant! They have shiny finish. Will expand the collection. Longest lasting of all polishes I have and love the scent. They are formaldehyde free too. And not drying to nails.  The brush: perfection! The wide fan shaped brush with over 400 bristles makes application fast, even and the hairs did not get messy with over a year of me using these. Just as new. Now can not use any more any nail polish that has those pointy thin brushes. Never!  Formula itself has some oils in it too.  Ingredients: ETHYL ACETATE, BUTYL ACETATE, NITROCELLULOSE, PHTHALIC ANHYDRIDE/GLYCERIN/GLYCIDYL DECANOATE COPOLYMER, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, ETHYL TOSYLAMIDE, ACETYL TRIBUTYL CITRATE, STEARALKONIUM HECTORITE, PROPYL ACETATE, TRIBUTYL CITRATE, PARFUM / FRAGRANCE, OCTOCRYLENE, TOSYLAMIDE/EPOXY RESIN, ADIPIC ACID/NEOPENTYL GLYCOL/TRIMELLITIC ANHYDRIDE COPOLYMER, HYDROGENATED ACETOPHENONE/OXYMETHYLENE COPOLYMER, ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL, CAMELLIA OLEIFERA SEED OIL, ROSA CANINA FRUIT OIL, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE, ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, DIMETHICONE, GERANIOL, CITRIC ACID, BENZOPHENONE-1, OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE, BENZYL ALCOHOL, COLOPHONIUM / ROSIN, HEXYL CINNAMAL, HYDROXYCITRONELLAL, ALUMINA, METHYL-2-OCTYNOATE, NELUMBIUM SPECIOSUM EXTRACT / NELUMBIUM SPECIOSUM FLOWER EXTRACT, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, PROPYL GALLATE, ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE, CI 77002 / ALUMINUM HYDROXIDE, TOCOPHEROL, [+/- MAY CONTAIN CI 77891 / TITANIUM DIOXIDE, CI 15850 / RED 7 LAKE, CI 77491, CI 77499 / IRON OXIDES, CI 77120 / BARIUM SULFATE, CI 15880 / RED 34 LAKE, CI 19140 / YELLOW 5 LAKE, CI 15850 / RED 6 LAKE, CI 77510 / FERRIC AMMONIUM FERROCYANIDE, MICA, CI 77266 / BLACK 2, CI 77163 / BISMUTH OXYCHLORIDE, CI 77000 / ALUMINUM POWDER, CI 42090 / BLUE 1 LAKE.
This is such a beautiful nail polish from L'Oréal, one of my favourite brands. Straight away I noticed the gorgeous classic cut glass bottle, so pretty and decadent it feels like you are using a really high end luxe product but this comes at a great price of just under $10, a winner for me. The brush is user friendly, wide enough to cover nails evenly in one brush stroke and stiff enough to deliver just the right amount of product. The polish itself is super shiny and looks really professional when applied, no streaks or bubbles. This polish will last me a full week without chipping or peeling which is awesome, it means it's really high quality. The pigment in this polish is really beautiful and it. Ones in 20 gorgeous shades which actually makes it hard to choose, though at such a great price I can afford to buy several so this is a huge bonus. I love the addition of micro oils for hydrated nourished nails, I love a polish that won't dry out my nails. I cannot see a negative to this polish, the high intensity shine is just gorgeous, I highly recommend this product.
I am always both intrigued and excited when I see a new product from L'Oreal as I do respect that beauty brand and enjoy using the products I have got. I noticed this new nail polish some time ago when it was on special and I didn't think twice, I got one bottle, 440 Cherie Macaron, which is a beautiful coral. The bottle itself is pretty impressive, carved glass with a lovely golden lid. It looks expensive and posh, but to be honest the price is quite reasonable. The brush is very handy and it is easy to apply the polish with it. It is on the wider and stiffer side, but very flexible at the same time. The polish is incredibly pigmented, it applies evenly, no bubbles, no streaks whatsoever. When the polish is drying we notice a beautiful scent. This polish has a scent! And it is very pleasant. If you have ever used any Color Riche lipstick, you know it. I must admit that I love the L'oreal lipstick smell and I was delighted to see that my nails will smell the same. The scent is there even if we use the top coat. It will linger on for a day or two. It is a completely new idea for me and I love it. The 440 shade is the perfect match for Color Riche lipstick in 371 Pink Passion. I must say this is such a great job from L'Oreal. The polish is shiny, really long lasting too. We get 13.5ml of the product, so for less than 10 dollars it is a great deal, and don't forget all the sales too. I was so pleased with this polish that I got a second bottle, this time in 556 Grenat Irreverent, which is dark plumy purple. The range of colours is quite classic but I am sure everyone will find something suitable. I really recommend this polish. Not only does it look good, it smells good too!
