Marc Jacobs Lola Eau de Parfum

I got the Marc Jacobs perfume as a 40th Birthday present from family. With it came a gorgeous little pouch with a big funky ring that was the same as the flower coming out of the top of the bottle. The top of the ring slides to the side to reveal the solid perfume underneath. Unfortunately, the solid perfume has lost its scent and the ring itself was a little too big and heavy to wear. But enough about the GWP that came with the perfume. The bottle is purple glass with the gorgeous pull off flower lid. But my flower broke off a while ago. I'm not great at naming scents but I do pick up a little hazelnut near the end notes. Reminds me of Frangelico. It is a floral scent with a top note of rose which is probably why I like it but I don't love it. I don't think it lasts all day. It's been lovely to wear but not a perfume that I'd purchase for myself. It's suitable for all ages.

I think this scent is a bit more mature than the other MJ fragrances, it's a floral scent and the bottle is unique as well. It's dark purple with a large flower at the top.  It has notes of rose which is quite prominent as well as pink pepper, peony, pear and vanilla. It's feminine and sweet but in a mature way.  The longevity is pretty good and it's suitable for women of all ages.

This has been my daily perfume for approximately five years. It is the perfect perfume for a younger woman. It's lasting power is not as amazing as Decadence by Marc Jacobs but I always received compliments. My aunt even copied me and purchased it as well. I would definitely recommend for someone who is just starting to wear perfume

This is one of my favourite perfumes of all time! It is very sweet (it actually does smell like lollies) but very feminine and long lasting. The bottle is stunning. Highly recommend this perfume for both day and night use- it's well worth the price tag and you're guaranteed for compliments.

Marc Jacobs Lola is one of those fragrances that I would love to spray on myself each time I went to the fragrance section, it just smells sooooo nice! I remember spraying it on myself in store and walking around the shopping center and trying to work out what smelt so good.. it was me haha! I was so happy when I received it as a gift for my birthday! It's a scent that just makes me feel so feminine and I love wearing it around my neck and wrists. It lasts all day and I would describe it as a mix of floral and fruity notes. Just like all the Marc Jacobs perfumes, the bottle is also a work of art and I love it displayed on my dressing table.

I got sucked into buying this perfume by just looking at the cute bottle.  I love flowers and love the idea of having a bouquet of flowers on my nightstand which I can admire every day. As you know buying flowers each week can get quite expensive as flowers wilt and die. This perfume bottle filled that void of not having flowers by my nightstand. It looks attractive by me nightstand and every time I look at the bottle it gives me a smile. It is shaped like a beautiful flower and is cheery and colourful. what more can a girl ask for. I love the 'vintage , retro look ',vinyl flowers After  oohing and ahhing  over the bottle itself , I was delighted that the fragrance itself did not disappoint me.  It has a sharp opening note of tart grapefruit. The fruity top note dries down to give you a middle note of fresh peonies. I absolutely enjoy the floral notes in this. It smells feminine yet not sickly sweet. This is one of the perfumes I guarantee get a complement every time I wear it. The base note of this perfume settle downs to a musky vanilla scent . This perfume lasts long on me and I love that it is not overpowering. Subtle but sexy and gives you that boost of confidence. This is a great perfume as a gift to your special someone. Instead of gifting a bouquet of fresh flowers that will die , gift her a bottle of Lola by Marc Jacobs. She will get the flower as well as a lovely fragrance that she will enjoy for a very long time.

This was one of the first perfume's I fell in love with.  Packaging - Stunning, the bottle is gorgeous and beautiful! Bright, fun and colourful you never misplace this bottle! Fragrance - Light, sweet but not too girly. I absolutely adore this scent and you'll receive amazing compliments about this all day! Price - expensive yes - but worth it. You pay for quality in perfumes and I believe this in an investment in your future happiness! I adore it ! Please try it!

This is my go to scent. I love it! Long lasting and very young and feminine.Very pretty

This is my go to fragrance!!! Not only is the packaging and bottle to die for (I'm a sucker for that) it smells divine! Offering a floral scent this perfume makes you feel special on the outside and inside! I highly recommend this product!

This fragrance is a breath of fresh air, not too fragrant and overpowering that you get sick of the smell. It has a beautiful mixture of a few flowers which just work well together. When applied on the skin, like most fragrances it needs around 3 min to fully develop the smell and when it does you won't want to stop smelling yourself.  You can instantly smell the fragrant flowers and would get many complements throughout the day. After using the fragrance for over a year on and off i still love it and would continue buying the fragrance. It lasts a day without wearing off to much. Pros- everyone complements the smell, it lasts a day, beautiful smell. Cons- expensive for a small fragrant bottle. Definitely recommend everyone to buy.

Smells like candy, but too sweet. Would opt for MJ's Daisy. It is long-lasting though.

This fragrance is seriously divine. I bought this for my mum last year, and loved it so much that I ended up buying it for myself as well. It's super feminine, and I always receive compliments when I wear it. Super long-lasting, and I love spraying it in my hair as it just smells divine and lasts the whole night. It's definitely not an 'old' scent, and as a 22 year old I happily wear this on a night out - to stand out!
