Maybelline Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil

I usually buy a black eyebrow pencil so this time I decided to get an expresso eyebrow pencil. This Maybelline Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil was on sale so I bought a few. The tip is quite thin but it works well because I can draw on my eyebrows easily. It’s very easy to use and it’s creamy and it blends well in to my natural eyebrows very well. It has a spooly brush at the end so I don’t have to use another tool to brush my eyebrows. All in all this is affordable and gives a wonderful finish and stays on the whole day. This is an excellent eyebrow pencil. The shade of dark brown suits me perfectly. It isn't too soft, or too waxy/hard. It enhances your browns but when brushed through makes them look natural yet defined. You can make tiny hair strokes as the tip of the pencil is so fine. It lasts well, even during working out. It doesn't irritate my skin, or cause any dryness. I have repurchased this a few times now, and even when I try higher-end options - I still come back to this because of its price point, quality, and ease of use. It also lasts me a long time.

I tried the Maybelline Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil as part of the Review Crew. I like the brand as it's good quality from a well-known brand but doesn't put a huge dent in my bank account. This pensil a little thinner and harder than I am used to using and I had to work a bit harder to get the effect I was aiming for. Once I got to grips with the thinner pencil (it is Ultra Slim, after all!), I was very happy with the product and will definitely use it again when going for certain looks. I like the two-ended pencil as a brow brush is never a bad idea!

This is a great eyebrow pencil. It's become my go-to everyday and I have been recommending it to friends. I love the slim design! I use the spoolie as a first step to brush my brows into position, followed by applying the pencil. The pencil glides on and is very simple and easy to apply. it leaves you with a very soft and natural finish. If there is excess colour I go through with the spoolie again to brush it out. It lasted pretty much for the duration of my work day from leaving the house at 7am and arriving home around 6pm.

I never leave the house without tending to my brows and I found the Maybellin Express Brown Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil to be a winner! My eyebrows are light brown/ blonde colour and definitely need filling in each day. I went for the blonde pencil. The shaping brush made sure my eyebrows were neat and tiday and then the smooth glide pencil was easy to apply. I used soft, feathering strokes to fill in my eyebrows and I was impressed with how natural and professionally done they looked when I finished.

Great Drug-Store Dupe!!! After years of using high end slim brow pencils, Im elated to have gotten the chance to trial this great product. It truly lives up to its name as an Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil! I love using it to draw on single hairs towards the front of my brow and it works really well with a feathering technique. I had chosen the Light Blonde shade even though I am a brunette as I prefer to have lighter/understated brows. The pencil however is pigmented enough that they still show and create definition. This is definitely a good alternative for Anastacia/MAC (slightly different tip) at a fraction of the price.

The Ultra Slim Eyebrow Pencil fits perfectly in my hand, being slim and light I find it very easy to hold and to lightly pencil in my eyebrows where I need them fuller and then to blend all the way through, it does require a few goes to get the depth I need as I perfect a fuller brow with no gaps it would be great for those that prefer a lighter brow stroke. The brush is great, makes my eyebrows sit neat and perfect. The colour matches/blends in perfectly with my brown hair and lasts during the day. The formula feels comfortable on my skin and I would recommend it to family and friends.

This eyebrow pencil has quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. I love the ultra slim design which makes it really easy to mimic hair like strokes, my brows are pretty full already so this pencil just added the right amount of definition. The formula is really great and lasts all day long, so good for holding the shape of the brows. The colour is really amazing as well and is a true deep brown. I love that it has a spoolie on the other side which makes it really convenient when you are doing your makeup.

I actually really liked this one!! I’ve used so many brow pencils in the past, more so to shape and define rather than fine line, but it all depends. This one was very budget friendly but also worked so well!! For the price, it’s the best and most user friendly that I’ve seen and or used to date. I loved it! I can fine line my brows and create definition without having to go all out and line my brows. Very comparable to other high end options in todays market. I love it! I’ll definitely be continuing to use and purchase this one!

I wish I had discovered this product sooner! If you love the ABH Brow Wiz, then you’ll definitely love this product. I found the Maybelline Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow pencil so easy to apply and use. This is now part of my everyday makeup routine. I love how it glides on so effortlessly and the pencil is thin which means more control over how much product you use as well as how defined you want to make your eyebrows. The formula is so smooth and buildable! I have dark eyebrows so I opted for the black brown shade which would match Ebony in ABH Brow Wiz. Overall, my new obsession! I would highly recommend this product!

I was initially hesitant in using a "drug store" brand eyebrow pencil after spending years finding the perfect one (being one that uses the letters A, B and H). But hello lover! This has probably topped my now previous eyebrow pencil just for it's coverage (pigmentation is the bomb!) and that the end product is a very natural brow look. The brushes including the spoolie are well made and did not deform or wear out during my time using it. The fact of the matter is, the packaging is built like a tank compared to other brands. It passed the kid and drop test many times over the course of my time using it. I would definitely recommend this product for those on the fence AND for those who would consider an all rounder eyebrow pencil as part of their kit.

Thanks for the opportunity to Trial this. I have always liked maybelline pencils and this one is no exception. This eyebrow pencil is Easy to use, small enough to use at home or take away. these maybelline pencils come in a good choice of colors and stay put all day. It applies light feather strokes to your brows. There is a Brush on one end to help brush your brows and a pencil on the other end. I would definitely recommend to give this one a go. Thumbs up from me. I’ll buy this pencil again- good staple to have.

I really enjoyed this product! I'm someone who feels most put together when my brows are behaving themselves and this product has definitely found it's way into my everyday routine. I have a few areas of sparseness forming in my brows. This pencil is the perfect product for adding definition back into the problem areas. The shade was a great match for my colouring which lead to a natural appearing result. The pencil itself is soft (without being so soft it breaks) which makes application a breeze. Highly recommend!

I love an amazing drugstore eyebrow pencil find and this is definitely it! I could not believe how quickly and precisely I was able to do my brows with this product. The colour match was amazing. It was so quick and easy to use because of the thin pencil. The formula was so easy to use and the product didn't break off like a lot of brow pencils do. The Mabelline express brow pencil is amazing!! Previously I have been using a stencil to fill my eyebrows, but sometimes struggled to make them look even. I was able to fill in my brows giving them a natural full appearance. The ultra slim tip helped with being able to do my browns without having to restart. The product went on smoothly and lasted for the whole day. I loved the colour. I have been using this now daily instead of the stamp and stencil I had previously used. I would recommend this and have been recommending this to everyone who compliments me on my brows.

I loved this product! It does exactly what you need it to, and at a great price point. The pencil is slim which meant it was easy to fill in the brow without making big mistakes. The colour pay off was perfect for natural looking brows, and if you wanted a more delicate look, the pencil was thin enough for you to add find details. I would definitely buy tis product again, it did everything everything I needed it to. I used the deep brown, and have very dark brown hair and found the colour to be perfect.

The Maybelline Express Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil is actually really great. I have quite light and fine brows and used the blonde pencil and it worked wonderfully. It’s easy to do strokes, blend, you name it, it was just such and easy brow pencil to use. I can see this staying as a staple product in my beauty regime and cannot recommend it enough to others. Again, my brows are light and fine and because of this I am quite picky with what I use, it is so easy to make my brows too bold or overdrawn, so to find a product that works so well and that I can’t find a fault in is just awesome. Definitely will be buying this again!

I'm someone who prefers a natural finish for my eyebrows. My eyebrows aren't thick, so I don't like a bold finish or I feel like I look weird. I liked that this eyebrow pencil had medium pigmentation. It was easy for me to fill in some sparse areas in my brows and it wasn't obvious that I had drawn them on. Someone who needs a more pigmented finish won't like this eyebrow pencil. The product lasted all day and was easy to wipe off at the end of the day. I like to use this to fill in sparse areas in my brows before topping off with a brow gel for a little bit more oopmh. This eyebrow pencil will definitely become a part of my everyday eyebrow routine.
