NIVEA Daily Essentials Rich Regenerating Night Cream

This is a very hydrating over night cream. It's nice and thick, but you don't need much effort massaging the cream in. It has a slight 'cream' scent, but it is auite pleasant. As I have combination skin (oily T zone, rest of skin is dry), I found the cream to be too thick, and my skin became oily. My face stayed slightly tacky from the cream, which I wasn't a fan of. I didn't like the idea of putting my face on the pillow or my hair sticking to my face during the night. The cream comes in a decent sized tub, which is good for the price point. This would be good if you're a first night mask user, or someone who wants a night mask, but doesn't want to break the budget.

I have combination skin but in winter it is really dry so I bought this cream to hydrate it.  However, find that this cream is too heavy and it gives me breakouts. I also find that this cream makes my face really shiny and oily. I would not recommend it for people with combination skin.

I adore this night cream - it is magic for my skin and such a bargain. I was using a MUCH more expensive night cream and accidentally left it at home when I went on holidays for two weeks. I picked this up because it was cheap and easy and thought it would "get me through" until I got home. Well it definitely got me through and has completely replaced my $100 night cream. This cream has a pleasant scent that isn't overwhelming and comes in a pretty blue jar - both big ticks for me! I am in my mid-fourties so do require a richer cream than I did in my 30's and this cream is perfect - rich and nourishing without being greasy at all. I would recommend this for any one with dry or ageing skin - I have found the results to be fabulous and for the price why wouldn't you give it a go?

It's smooth to apply and never oily, leaving your skin feeling supple and healthy. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a night cream that you'll buy again and again from a brand that you can trust.
