NIVEA Oil Infused Lotion Cherry Blossom & Jojoba Oil

I'm a fan of most Nivea products I've tried and this lotion is no exception. I love the pump pack it is packaged in as it's easy to use and just the right amount dispenses in one pump. First thing I noticed about this cream was the smell - It is amazing the smell is sweet and divine, absolutely love it. The lotion itself is quite light, not a thick creamy texture like most creams. Not your typical thick white "Nivea" cream they are known for. It moisturises your skin well and keeps it nice and soft. The lotion absorbs very quickly without leaving a greasy or oily residue on it. I love that it absorbs so quickly as you don't need to wait around for it to settle into your skin, You can apply it and get dressed straight away.

Body moisturisers are something I don't believe a lot of money should/needs to be spent on. As long as they do a decent job and don't smell horrible, I'm happy.  Nivea, as always, hits all this and more in this gorgeous lotion with oil.  The lotion is quite a bit runnier than you might expect, which I actually prefer as I feel it makes it more comfortable on both damp and dry skin. I always apply my moisturiser to damp skin, fresh out of the shower. Using this like that has made an absolute world of difference to my very dry legs and arms. I have  noticed a complete turnaround in dry flakes and patches as well as the itchiness that comes from being so dry.  The smell is subtle but clings on to your skin for a good portion of the day - not obnoxious at all but definitely could replace perfume or body spray for a few people I believe.  PROS:  - easy to find and buy in person  - can be found very often on sale - deeply hydrating on the skin - gorgeous, subtle fragrance that lingers CONS - some people may find the fragrance off putting or even irritating - this may not be enough for incredibly dry skin type

Nivea really got the mark with the Cherry Blossom Body Lotion With Oil. The lotion itself is a little runnier than most body lotions but I’m assuming that’s the oil content. It massages in nicely and absorbs quickly. It leaves the tiniest bit of residue on my skin but not enough that would bother me. The cherry blossom fragrance is initially strong but quickly fades down to a very subtle lingering scent.  If you don’t like a scent that lingers or have a sensitive nose this probably isn’t for you. 

The Nivea oil infused body lotion is not your typical body lotion as it is infused with oil for extra hydration and is complimented with the wonderful scent of cherry blossoms that's uplifting and fragrant.  The lotion comes in a pump form and is creamy without being thick and heavy.  I apply it over my body and I can immediately smell the cherry blossoms.  It's not overpowering but it lingers nicely on the skin.  The lotion itself is hydrating and I would've never thought that it contained oil because it didn't leave any residue behind nor was it greasy.  It felt great on my skin and I found that my skin would stay hydrated for most of the day.  It's a great body lotion to use during the colder months when my skin gets very dry and starts to get itchy and sensitive so a lotion that's extra hydrating is needed!
