NIVEA Q10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream SPF30

This is an excellent, affordable moisturiser for ageing, combination skin.  I have used many different daily moisturisers over the years but I always seem to go back to this one!  It has a rich, creamy texture that glides on the skin beautifully and it leaves a very subtle, healthy glow when used just on its own.  Under makeup it provides a good canvas for foundation and does not interfere with its coverage or staying power.  Q10 is reported to be an effective anti-ageing ingredient and I like to think that it has served me well over the past 10 or so years I have been using it!   Recently this product has become available in a plastic rather than glass jar which I find much safer in the bathroom and also much lighter for travelling.  Great price point and availability and a healthy SPF factor which is all to important for preventing sun damage - making sure to use a liberal amount and work well into the skin if this is your only sun protection.  Give it a go!

The cream is very thick, however is easily absorbed into the skin once applied in circular motions. It does leave a slight residue on the skin however leaves it feeling very silky soft and the difference is very noticeable against skin that does not have any cream applied. It immediately feels like it is relieving any tightness from dry skin. The cream contains SPF 30 protection which is a HUGE plus for any day cream and I think this is a must. To see this from an affordable and easily accessible brand is very positive and more brands should be heading towards this direction.  After applying, the cream does leave a slight shine to the face, however a mattifying primer easily solves this problem and this does not interfere with the application of a primer afterwards. It layers very easily under makeup and does not cause it to slide off. As the cream is so thick, I'd only recommend this to dry skin beauties or those with normal skin who can find their skin become drier in the cooler weather heading towards winter (like me). I feel like others would otherwise find this cream too heavy and suffocating for their skin type.

NIVEAQ10 Plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream SPF30 is my new must have skin care product! I purchased this just by chance as I had just finished my usual moisturiser and because it has UVA protection, SPF30 and Q10,which I have heard is fantastic for anti ageing, decided to give it ago! I love the creamy texture on application it brings my skin to life leaving a non greasy healthy glow. The fragrance is a light mix of sea minerals and a subtle floral scent which reminds me of summer. Most importantly, it has UVA protection and SPF 30 which is fantastic as it protects skin from sun damage and also top on my list helps prevent the start of wrinkles. The benefits of Q10 are amazing and helps with energising the skin cells, protecting against free radical damage, premature ageing and works to keep skin healthy. I would definitely recommend trying this day cream and at the price point it is absolutely worth it. Pro's: Great price, hydrating, UVA protection, SPF30, anti-wrinkle, fine for all skin types – I have sensitive skin and not had any problems, Q10 prevents skin damage.

NIVEA Q10+ Anti-wrinkle Day Cream with SPF 30+ is a daily moisturiser with a mild powdery scent and a resilient, slightly dense feel. It has a dry, slightly powdery feel after application, ideal for combination to normal skin types. I loved the matte finish and especially as I am prone to an oily T-section I am conscious of products that exacerbate the problem. Although I didnt notice in marked improvement in fines lines I do think it prevents and from occurring in the future. The all-in-one moisturiser/sunscreen combo is really useful for saving time when I am rushed of a morning not to mention that I save on space and money as I am not buying multiple products.This is an excellent budget-friendly moisturizer that is ideal for everyday use..

When I removed the lid for the very first time I first noticed the creamy formula which laid within, followed by the pleasant floral scent which is not overbearing. While I found Nivea Q10 plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream hydrated, my skin is quite dry this winter and this day cream could not seem to keep up with my skin's demands. Sure skin was left feeling soft as butter and hydrated upon application but skin was dry again within 2-3 hours and with a 9 hour work day ahead of me, my skin seemed to dry out through the day. Makeup application was easy on some days and difficult on other days when my skin was dry, you see my skin builds up quickly and becomes flaky when dry and while Nivea Q10 plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream tried its best to keep up, it did not seem to be as reliable as I had hoped for. This product contains sunscreen and knowing that I could leave home with SPF 30+ sun protection on my face was a relief because I am big on sunscreen. Nivea also does not specify which skin types this day cream is best suited for so I assume it targets all skin types. The white glass jar with its plastic lid is a lovely solid jar of goodness but keep it on the bathroom vanity because it is heavy and would probably smash if dropped. Nivea Q10 plus Anti-Wrinkle Day Cream is a lovely product based on its price point, presentation and claims but I have to give it three stars as it did not blow me away.
