NYX Professional Makeup THE MARSHMELLOW PRIMER

From the first pump I knew this primer was different, the lush whipped texture, sweet scent and matching light pinky violent shade like its canister excited me like a primer never has before. Instantly hydrating the primer spreads very well and easily leaving my skin perfectly primed and extra hydrated ready for foundation, I found using this under my tinted moisturiser my skin looked perfectly hydrated and under my foundation my makeup lasted longer and i had no dry foundation cracks where I often do on my chin and sides of my nose. Being a “thicker” primer my favourite feature is the extra layer of hydration leaving it soft and fresh without it leaving my skin greasy. With 10 super benefits in this one primer I believe everyone would benefit from using it and I’ve already recommended it to family and friends.

Great primer that fills pores without being too drying. Perfect base under makeup but wouldn’t recommend for long wear on oily skin. Smells amazing like marshmallows but it’s quite a strong scent if you don’t like fragrance or have sensitive skin. Packaging is cute but it’s hard to tell how much is left in the bottle and the pump can get a little messy. I had no issues with breakouts or sensitivity. Overall would recommend this if you need an every day affordable primer and you don’t mind the strong scent.
