Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser

Internal Review: I have been a longtime user of Olay Moisturiser ever since my mother handed me a bottle at the age of 12 and said "trust me this is the only moisturiser that works for our skin type". I have been a loyal user of it ever since so I was excited to try a different Olay moisturiser that claimed to reduce pigmentation. Well the results are in and it was great for my skin, it made it feel soft and smooth and it didn't make me break out in pimples (which some other branded moisturisers do). The smell was pleasant. My skin felt radiant and I liked that the cream didn't feel greasy. I used it morning and night but note there is no sunscreen in there so you will need to use sunscreen separately. The 50g tub feels big, like it will last me a while. I used it with the matching serum and I enjoyed using them as a combo. I couldn't see a huge reduction in the pigmentation spots but I am going to keep using it and hope to see a difference at the 10 week point. I am going to recommend my mother try this product too. It is exciting to see Olay come out with some new products that are based on an old favourite of mine.

I found the Olay Niacinamide Honey Moisturiser to be real a treat for the skin. I have been using the product for over four weeks together with the serum in the same range. The moisturiser is on the one hand light and refreshing and yet on the other it packs a powerful hydration boost that I would usually associate with a heavier cream. I have enjoyed using the moisturiser both alone and or with makeup with no difficulties. It is a product that I will become a staple in my skin care routine.

My skin had been looking a bit tired and blotchy, too many late nights! I was super impressed with this product. It was absorbed by the skin easily and felt fresh after applying. Using together with the Honey serum I noticed a visible freshness to my skin and the tone was great, blotchy skin was gone! This is a good introduction product when using actives in your skin care regime. Overall I am very impressed with this drug store alternative to more expensive skin care which use the same ingredients (such as drunk elephant). I must also comment that the packaging of the product is great, looks good in the bathroom, no need to hide it away.

I was very pleased to be given the opportunity to trial the new Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser (and also the Honey Peptide Serum). As, as far back as I can remember, some 40 years or so, the brand (previously known as Oil of Ulan) has been used daily and loved by members of my family, including my 80 year old mother! I used the moisturiser morning and night as recommended. The moisturiser itself is light but creamy, with a lovely subtle fragrance. It was easily absorbed into my skin and left my skin felling very dewy and hydrated. Within a few days, I noticed a very obvious improvement in the texture of my skin and the pigmentation on my cheeks seems to have lightened a little too over the three weeks I have trialled this product. Also, happy to say I haven't experienced any sensitivity, including peeling or redness of my skin. I'm very much looking forward to continuing to use this moisturiser (as well as the serum) to experience the longer term results.

The Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser is a game changer! I paired this with the honey peptide moisturiser and together they work wonders. This moisturiser is impressive in a way that I have never had my skin so smooth before. I have been trialling this product for a few weeks and it is safe to say that I am very impressed. You don't need to use too much as a little goes a long way. I found this moisturiser to be lightweight which is a great thing as no one wants a heavy feeling product on their face throughout the day. The jar is a decent size with a very generous amount of product inside. I highly recommend this produnt.

This is my favourite moisturiser now. I have used Olay products in the past and was always impressed by the results and this one is no different. I am 35 and has started noticing some signs of aging and have a lot of sun spots which developed like 5 years ago. After using this moisturiser my skin appears to be more plump and radiant. Love the subtle fragrance and the ways it absorbs in my skin. You do need a lot of product and a couple of drops will do the job. Love this product, would definitely shout out about it to friend and family.

This moisturiser feels so lovely on the skin, and it really just gets soaked up without leaving your skin greasy or Sticky. The scent is really nice too not too harsh of like the smells of chemicals, it smells really natural. Lots of moisturisers that I try are really heavy for my skin and I usually break out within a few weeks, but with this I didn’t. It’s doesn’t clog your pores at all. It’s a really nice moisturiser and it definitely helps with improving your skin tone and the look of your skin. You just have to use it continuously to be able to see results.

I have been using Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser after applying Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Serum for approximately 4 weeks, morning and night, replacing my regular day/night moisturisers that can also be categorised as “drugstore” skincare. These two products work well with my regular skincare routine. Applying a SPF moisturiser is a must after using this moisturiser in the morning, so please slather it on! The moisturiser comes in a swish looking tub, however, I would prefer either a tube or pump so I don’t have use a spatula to get the moisturiser. The moisturiser is a lotion, not a heavy cream, with a subtle scent, not chemical, and is easy to apply and absorbs into the skin quickly leaving no residue, which is what I need when I’m rushing to get ready for work in the morning. Some skincare products can irritate my skin but I found this moisturiser lovely and my skin felt smooth, soft and well moisturised, just keep it away from the eyes. I have had a couple of breakouts since using the moisturiser but I’m not sure if that was due to this skincare or over-indulging during the festive season 😊 After 4 weeks of use, I haven’t noticed a great deal of improvement to my complexion but my skin does feel / appear a little more nourished and smoother than before. I have pigmentation on my cheeks and I don’t believe this has reduced over the 4 weeks but with further use I really hope the reduction will be more visible. If you currently aren’t using skincare with Niacinamide, I recommend trying this moisturiser after applying the Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Serum.

The Olay Niacinamide + AHA moisturiser helped with my complexion feeling bright and even. The fragrance is quite strong though personally I quite like it. The texture was super creamy though it took some time for the skin to absorb compared to other moisturisers I have used. I recommend using this in conjunction with the accompanying Olay Niacinamide serum for best results and in the evening as AHA is an active ingredient they can result in the skin being sensitive to the sun of a high level of SPF is not used. Overall I preferred the serum over the moisturiser.

This moisturiser was a delightful addition to my skincare routine. It has a pleasant and mild fragrance to it, and is very gentle, smooth and quite light on the skin. After using this moisturiser (in conjunction with the serum from the same range), I noticed a difference in the quality of my skin. Specifically, the redness in my cheeks have improved and my skin tone is visibly more even. My only gripe with this product is the packaging. The seal on the jar is very difficult to lift, especially when my nails were long. I would definitely recommend this moisturiser to those looking for a product that can help to reduce the appearance of sun damage on the skin. It has certainly worked for me!

I enjoyed trialling the Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser and the matching serum, which I received from Beauty Crew in exchange for my honest opinion. While I was excited to try a product containing niacinamide and peptides, I generally found this moisturiser a bit underwhelming. I trialled the moisturiser for a couple of weeks to give it a fair trial, but I expected more based on the claims. Perhaps my skin is used to more advanced skincare including Tretinoin/Adapalene. Perhaps this product would be more suitable for an entry level skincare enthusiast. The packaging should also be airtight to ensure hygiene, I don't enjoy putting my fingers into my pot of moisturiser.

I really loved trying this product alongside the Olay Luminous Niacinamide Honey Peptide Super Serum. I really loved the pretty and sleek packaging of this moisturiser looks very posh. I absolutely loved the texture and consistency of this moisturiser especially because I’ve got dry skin, it hydrated my skin really nice but was also lightweight which is another added bonus in the summer. I would definitely recommend this product to people of all skin types especially dry skin as it hydrated the skin but is also lightweight.

I have been trying this product along with the Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide serum for almost a month now. I am very pleased with the results and how my skin feels. I feel my skin is more brighter, not so dry and more healthier. I have noticed that the dark dull spot and face pigmentation has changed since using both these products. The moisturiser comes in a 50ml tub and the lid twists off. The moisturiser has a light floral sent and is quite a creamy light consistency and when applied to my skin does not leave an oily residue. I will definitely be using this product again and recommend it to use.

I used this Olay honey peptide moisturiser along with the Olay matching serum at night. In the morning I used just the serum with zinc sunscreen. I tried using both products in the morning, with sunscreen but it was too much for my skin to handle & I encountered pilling. The moisturiser is a tad too much for my skin to handle in the mornings. The moisturiser is not heavy at all & is quite airy & luxurious to use. I enjoyed the texture & feel of it on my skin. However is best to be used at night in my case. I dont normally use scented products, but this moisturiser had a light scent & was quite appealing to me. As far as results go my skin appeared to have a healthy glow & was very smooth after three weeks use. I use vitamin C products usually for even skin tone. I find the Olay vitamin C range gives better results for my skin. The honey peptide moisturiser would be well suited for a slighty drier skin than mine. On the whole I enjoyed using this moisturiser though & loved the healthy glow it produced for me

The Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser comes in a hefty white jar with a silver screw lid, which doesn't look out of place on a minimalistic dresser. Once you unscrew the lid, you'd find a light, creamy moisturiser that is really easy to massage into the skin. This means that it also has the added bonus of getting absorbed really quickly, resulting in smooth, moisturised skin. I've been using this as a day cream underneath my SPF (as this doesn't contain any SPF), and as a night cream over my retinol, and I've really enjoyed it! I feel like this has been helpful for moisturising my skin, and that it has been great for keeping my skin bright. It's perfect for Summer, and I love that it doesn't feel cloying on the skin. Overall, this is a fabulous product that I aim to finish!

I used Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturiser daily for a month along with the Olay Niacinamide Honey Peptide Serum. I really liked the light feeling of this moisturiser on my face, it did not feel heavy on the skin at all. It was also good for my sensitive skin, I did not have any reactions. The smell of this product was really lovely and not too strong. It also comes in a nice elegant jar. The only thing I did not like about this product was that by half way through the day my forehead looks very greasy.

A no fuss moisturiser that's so easy to use and absorbs into the skin quickly. This moisturiser feels so soft and applies really easily to the skin. I layered this on top of the Olay honey peptide serum during the day and felt super hydrated and fresh. I used this while on holidays and noticed that my skin is more even toned especially around my mouth and forehead where I often have some unevenness. The pot is quite large and a small amount goes a long way. It is easy to use both day and night , feels super hydrating without being heavy or oily on the skin.

When opening the box, I was very surprised how lovely the weighty jar was. The cream itself was very silky like, smooth and light. I was a bit skeptical at first as I like a heavier moisturiser when I am a bit dry/ dehydrated. Nonetheless, I gave it a try and loved it! The moisturiser absorbed in nicely and didn’t pill. One downfall for me is it is heavily scented AND I didn’t wear SPF one day and did notice some redness. After that, I have been using purely at night and really have noticed how hydrated my skin is in the morning and with a little plumpness. My skin is smoother in text and tone. I would recommend to anyone looking to use a lightweight moisturiser that will hydrate. I will continue to use the product at night with my skin care routine.

Light weight moisturiser, luminous yes it’s gives me glowing healthy looking skin.I brighten my complexion. It helps a lot with my sun damaged skin.It’s giving me a plump skin, doesn’t irritate or clogged my pores.Its helping with my flaky skin between my eyebrows and around my nose area.It works so well with my sunscreen doesn’t give me greasy feelings.The glowing effects of it i really liked it specially under the foundation.I would happily repurchase this moisturiser.I would recommend this to my families and friends.Just make sure that never forget wearing sunscreen.

Another great product from Olay, the Olay Luminous Niacinamide Honey Peptide Moisturise is a lovely cream that's lightweight and easily absorbs into the skin. I used this product in conjunction with the serum and my skin felt luminous and hydrated, which is a must after spending the day at the beach. However, as the product contains AHAs, I do recommend you use a sunscreen as your skin may be prone to be more sensitive. The packaging was easy to use and despite the affordable price point, the overall packaging felt luxe and looks pretty on my bathroom cabinet. Another thing to point out is the fragrance, as it is a light scent but not overpowering. However, it smelt more like green tea to me, than honey as suggested in the name. Overall, I recommend this moisturiser for those who are interested in investing in skincare that helps brighten dull skin, and are curious in trying out products that contain niacinamide as a main ingredient in their skincare product.
