Philosophy Amazing Grace EDT

This fragrance is one of philosophy's bestsellers. It was launched in the 90's and comes in a minimalist bottle and simple label. It is a citrus/floral/musk fragrance that has a bit of rose and smells very clean and fresh as well as feminine. The citrus notes are from mandarin orange, grapefruit, and bergamot, floral notes are from freesia, jasmine, and mostly rose. It reminds me of flowers and fresh linen on a clear sunny day. It isn't overpowering, but also lasts for a few hours, after which it is more subtle but not complete gone. Even though I own quite a few floral/citrus/musk scents, this one is unique - there's nothing quite like it. it's feminine without being too sweet, clean without being soapy and it is definitely elegant. I find myself very comfortable with it, it calms me down and I know it is unlikely to be offensive to anyone. This has become one of my favourites. Chemist warehouse often has this on sale for around $30 which is a bargain for a high quality fragrance.

I used this scent last year - for most of the year - as I live in a warm and tropical area. It is absolutely amazing! It is light, feminine and flowery and definitely not overpowering. For me, it is a daytime scent and a little goes a long way. This is a product I will definitely go back to and repurchase again and again and recommend everyone try it at least once in Summer! It is on my holy grail list of perfumes and eau de toilettes!

I love this scent. I received it as a gift in a set with the matching shower gel/ bubble bath. It's such a lovely refreshing fragrance. It smells of Rose, Jasmine, and Grapefruit. Overall it's a very clean scent, it smells the way I imagine my bed smelling once I've applied clean sheets. It has great staying power, and one to two sprays is definitely enough for one wear. It's a pricey perfume, but I will repurchase it after my gifted bottle runs out.

This is a truly gorgeous fresh feminine scent. i love the philosophy brand and this scent is so beautiful, the combination of floral and musk is such a delight and the bottle and packaging with beautiful message is so unique.This scent epitomises the word grace, its full of grace, soft and pretty and it lasts and lasts. I get compliments wearing this. The price point is great and the scent is of a quality of a much higher priced fragrance. i adore this and highly recommend buying this lovely fragrance

My grand daughter and I were discussing perfume and how certain scents can remind you of experiences you encounter in your life. She didn’t have a favourite yet so when she started uni this year I wanted to create a scent memory for her so she could remember her uni days forever. I wandered around the fragrance counters for a while smelling fragrances but nothing really jumped out at me until I found philosophy. It had a very clean cut, modern minimal approach that really took my eye. There it was, amazing grace in a clear square bottle and it had a pink label with black writing:   “philosophy: in the end, it all comes down to one word. grace.” Which was also a little funny because I told her to always have fun but never get too messy!   I wanted a soft scent that wasn’t too overpowering so she could wear the scent and the scent didn’t wear her and amazing grace is perfect. It smells pretty and very feminine but is also soft enough to not upset her allergies.    amazing grace is my grand daughters new signature scent, she loves it. She even gets compliments on how lovely she smells.    Pros: Sophisticated, fresh, affordable, pretty label, memorable and an all round winner.    Cons: The philosophy brand uses lower case letters. I’m guessing it is to make an understated statement to create interest and go with their look? 

this is an amazing fragrance with a very budget friendly price tag and is as such the exception to the norm. Usually with fragrances , the more expensive the better the fragrance quality and lasting power. However, Philosophy's amazing grace stays all day long and you often get a wonderful whiff of this beautiful scent throughout the day . The bottle is also a simple chic addition to your display. You are guaranteed to receive compliments when you are wearing this,

This is my go to perfume! I'll try other scents, yet always return to this one. I love layering it with their Pure Grace too. It is a soft scent and smells so good. It's not overpowering. Give it a try.

I confess - I'm a perfumeaholic who has more fragrances in my wardrobe than clothes, but there's one scent that's my all time favourite - Amazing Grace by Philosophy. Amazing Grace is Philosophy's signature scent for a good reason - this delightfully modern floral is fresh, luscious, feminine & oh so pretty. Wearing it, I instantly feel feminine & pretty, and I love layering it with other products in the range ie shower scrub & body lotion.  There's a really good range of products in this fragrance line to explore, indulge in, and enjoy. It features floral notes of rose, freesia, muguet and jasmine blossoms, combined with a variety of crisp citrus notes & a musk base. What a beautiful range of notes, no wonder this smells divine.  It opens with a flourish of florals before drying down to a longer lasting musk based floral scent. Longevity is moderate, as is silage. I find layering the products helps it last well. As an added bonus, my bathroom smells amazing for hours when I use the body range! Icing on the cake is how affordable this gorgeous scent is, including the body products. It can be purchased in handbag size sprays as well as bigger sizes for the dresser, while remaining very affordable. Can't recommend this enough for anyone looking for a new, beautiful floral scent - it's truly divine!

What I love most about it is that I associate the scent with cleanliness.  Amazing Grace is made up of a blend of roses, freesia, muguet and jasmine blossoms with crisp citrus notes of bergamot, grapefruit and mandarin. This all comes together to present an alluring bouquet that trails around behind you as you step through crowds of people. It is no surprise that this happens to be Philosophy's best selling fragrance! This is what I reach for when I'm stepping out for brunch or high tea with the girls, or when I'm feeling a little silly and fun, and heading to a carnival.

If you want a very refreshing, soft and clean scent, this is the ONE for you! I receive so many compliments when I'm wearing this!

Amazing Grace is so fresh and clean smelling - it reminds me of washing just out of the tumble dryer. It is subtle and stays on well throughout the day. The body lotion is also gorgeous.
