Philosophy No Reason To Hide Serum

I wasn’t a huge fan of this serum. I recieved a sample of it at David Jones when it first launched, and was very excited to try it as I have dark acne marks from hormonal cystic acne. There was enough for 7 applications in the packet, however, at the end of the 7 days I did not notice any effect on my marks. It would have been better if I was able to trial it for longer.  The one thing I did notice is that it was a bit drying on my skin.

I’m onto my second bottle of this serum, and love the results it has been giving me. I don’t have one specific skin concern, so I like that this targets a selection of the main ones (texture, acne scaring, pores, dark spots etc). I use this serum each morning after cleansing my skin. It has a subtle scent, light texture and absorbs quickly. It isn’t tacky or sticky and layers well under the rest of my skincare and makeup. After continued use, my skin looks brighter and refined. Sadly, I think this product may be discontinued by the brand, so I will be buying what I can and stockpiling it.  Highly recommend!
