This is one of my all time favourite root building volume products. I have a lot of hair but it is very fine and therefore the top of my head is often flat and limp. I've tried a lot of volumizing products and this actually does what is says and provides volume to your roots. I apply this on damp, just washed hair and massage well into my roots and then blow dry with a round brush. You only need 2 or 3 sprays so a bottle does last a long time
