Redken Shine Flash 02 Glistening Mist

My hair is combination oil which for me means dry ends & oily scalp. This is due to the damage I have put it through over the years. While my hair is on the mend the ends still remain dull, lifeless & flat. I am looking for a spray that gives it shine & helps to make it look really shinny. This product applies in a fine mist with a fresh smell & it is quite uplifting. The spray is delivered in a mist that actually delivers a good amount to the hair. I personally only need 2-3 sprays but I mainly apply this product from above my ears to the ends. The spray can be quite sticky but it is easy to brush straight though the hair. It instantly gives a nice shine, condition& a high gloss finish. The shine is lightweight and also doesn't leave the hair brittle, dry and hard to manage. The Redken shine flash reminds me a lot of a hairspray without the sticky heavy finish- it does also have a slight setting ability but doesn't leave hair unmanageable. I do find that it makes my hair dirtier quicker and it really only lasts a day to 2 days- I then have to wash my hair again. However it doesnt dry out my hair or make it drier. I would actually recommend this one for those looking for a shine & high gloss finish to their hair- this product leaves my hair really shinny and glossy without weighing it down. As someone that struggles with hair that is fine and dull – this product is a really winner. It delivers on its promises and although pricy – it lasts and lasts and you only need a small amount.

Love that Redken Shine Flash 02 Glistening Mist has a very fine mist. It's perfect for adding shine without making your hair look lank or greasy. I'm not overly keen on the fragrance but it disappears after a couple of minutes so that's ok. Overall it's not a bad product but it is a small can for the price tag.
