Revlon Glimmer Super Balm™

I tried this Product as a part of the Review Crew I chose the Chill Vibes shade as I love highlighter it’s a light white shimmery shade perfect for a highlighter or to touch up your eye shadow. It is nice and shiny but I needed quite a bit to make a nice full shimmery effect. I’m a go big or go home kind of girl when it comes to adding glitter and shimmer on my face. I thought the texture would be different on the face but it was still quite oily like slippery on my fingers, I tried again the next day without make up and it didn't seem to have the full oily affect for me, But if you like a subtle glittery effect then it is a great product and at a great price too which is nice. I would recommend this product to anyone whose make up routine needs a little dash of shimmer to top it off. It is also perfect for just adding onto your daily face after a moisturiser to add some shimmer. This balm is easy to apply and the perfect touch to finish off a look, it’s a great product

I absolutely love the Revlon Glimmer Super Balm! It gives my skin a beautiful, healthy looking glow with just the right amount of shimmer, without looking too over the top. Shimmer and hydrating. I have dry skin, i avoiding anything Matte. I use dewy product and this Revlon Glimmee Super Balm will be in my list, definitely. I thought the colour will be strong but end up mild on my skin. Easily glide, subtle and i can always layer it if i want stronger colour. Shimmer yes, but not blinding. So far, im in love with this balm. I wanna try another colour next time. I can use it on my cheek and any place i need to add a little shimmer. I definitely recommend this product if you are looking for eveeyday looks or no make-up make-up looks. Absolutely love the product.

As a fair-skinned 43-year-old with quite a bit of skin texture, I enjoyed trying Revlon Glimmer Super Balm in Cocktail Hour as a Beauty Crew reviewer. I loved the smooth consistency, which felt hydrating without being greasy, and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked as an eyeshadow on my mature eyelids! I also appreciated that it had no noticeable scent. Unfortunately, when applied all over my face, I felt it emphasised my skin texture. Overall, I liked the product, but I wouldn’t repurchase it.

This is viral for a reason, it really is such a versatile balm! It goes on smooth but has a unique way to still build up coverage based on your preference for your makeup on that day. I really love the texture of the balm, it is super creamy yet it dosent slide too fast, helping you achieve a look from the first try not worrying about correcting errors I see the balm regularly onsale so I’m keen to try the other colours in the range now! Definately a great stocking stuffer gift for your girl!

This is a super easy to use, multi-use balm. It highlights, bronzes, blushes and provides an all-over glow in one easy to use pot. It feels lightweight on the skin, not heavy or sticky. The 004 shade that I used gave me a nice, even, sunkissed glow that wasn't too shimmery or shiny. The product needs to be gently warmed between your fingertips to allow it to blend seamlessly into the skin. This product is infused with a "Triple Butter Complex" which makes it feel nourishing and skin-care like, acting like a moisturiser and adding to the ease of application. I would highly recommend this product to anyone seeking either a subtle "touch of sun" highlight, right through to an avid bronze wearer.

It was easy to throw into my bag for any quick touch ups throughout the day or night. This product is a light weight, multi-use face balm that works as a highlighter, bronzer, blush, and glow booster all in one simple product, which delivers everything its promises. You can wear it alone to just highlight a special feature like your eyes or use it to compliment your whole make up look from being natural or totally glamorous.  I blended this product into my face with my fingers to add some colour and highlight my features. It was great as there wasnt any stickyness whilst using the product which is great. The product features light reflecting pearls which helped give my make up a lovely bronzey and twinkle like natural glow. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use this as a staple product inside my make up bag to help highlight my facial glow.

This is one of the best shimmer balms on the market! Have tried others that felt cakey or didn't blend well. I have been using Chill Vibes tint as a highlighter and I love that it blends well on the skin. It is almost colourless and can blend with blush too! The balm has a fine pigment, giving off a delicate and elegant sheen. Further, the balm is light and buildable so it never looks cakey, because it is not heavy I feel confident using it without a full face of makeup. The balm does not feel drying, in fact it feels quite dewy! Though if you have oily skin it might feel thick. Finally, it wipes off easily with makeup remover.

I really enjoyed using the Revlon Glimmer Super Balm that I was sent to review as a member of the Review Crew. It was really easy to use and I'm a bit clueless when it comes to using make up. I could easily rub it in with my fingertips. It was a great colour and worked really well with my skin tone. I used it over the top of foundation and also used it directly over the top of my sunscreen. The colour stayed on throughout the day and there was no need to reapply. It had a nice shimmer to it that left a glowy look to my skin. I loved the way it looked on my skin, I don't like the look of heavy make up products, so this was a huge win in my eyes. I liked the packaging, it was convenient to carry around with me. I really enjoyed using this product and will recommend this to others to use as well.

Using 001 Chill Vibes it was so satisfying to kind of crack the top layer to activate the make up. I found it best over foundation for a glow up as a highlighter. You can also use alone not over foundation, but I tend to use foundation each day so wanted to incorporate it into my daily look. My daughter who dances said she would like to use the Super Balm for her dance concert too. A nice sturdy tub, and it is at a price that I would be happy to purchase at. The Revlon Glimmer Super Balm is a really nice addition to my make up bag.

I used the Rosy Bronze colour for three days. It actually took me a few days to work out how to open the tub because it was too tight for me to open, which was annoying. Once I got it to actually work, I enjoyed using the product. I like quite a light and natural look, which one layer of this bronzer effortlessly achieved. I need to use more than one application to get a slightly more noticeable bronze. It went on really smoothly and matched my skin colour very naturally, with an excellent and easy blend with the fingers. The solution looks glittery but it's not very glittery when you put it on unlike some products which are a bit too intense! Overall I enjoyed using the product and appreciate that the tub will last me a long time.

I was given the shade Just a Girl, which appears to be a dark rose pink in the container. However, it applies much more sheer than I initially expected, so to get a bit more pigment I build it up in layers depending on how much product I pick up. I prefer applying it with my fingers so I can warm up the balm first, which makes it easier to blend. The consistency is very slippery and oily, but not greasy, and melts beautifully into the skin. Although it doesn't have the best longevity, I love the natural wash of colour it leaves on my cheeks. It looks so seamless that you can hardly tell you're wearing a product at all. I also love that it's multi-use, so you can use it on your lips, too. It's a lovely option for an effortless, natural-looking flush.

Overall, I think the product itself is great, however, I can't recommend Chill Vibes. The great points It applies nicely to the skin. It does leave my skin feeling buttery and smooth. It was lightweight and non sticky. There is no perfume. The not so good for me For the past week, I have been trying to make this work. Unfortunately, I can't get around the fact that the ultra fine, light reflecting pearls just looks like really spaced out glitter. I tried adding more product. I tried with and without makeup, I tried on my hand. But I couldn't get that natural glow or glimmer that I was hoping to achieve. I wonder if the other shades will have a better outcome because of the colour and not just look like spread out glitter on the skin like Chill Vibes gives off.
