Revlon PhotoReady™ Instant Blur Liner

I’m honestly so impressed with the Revlon Instant Blur Liner! I love a soft, blurred lip look but usually find it takes so much blending and effort to get it looking natural… this product makes it unbelievably easy. The domed tip is such a clever design because it glides on smoothly and creates that fuller-looking lip effect without looking too harsh. The formula feels super creamy and comfortable on the lips whilst also being long wearing. I love that you can also use it to fill in your entire lips as well, lipstick and liner in one! The blurred finish is so flattering and modern, and the shade range makes it easy to find one that suits your complexion. Definitely a new handbag essential for me!

I do like this lip liner, but it's not a favourite. I found the formula quite dry, and it doesn't have enough moisture, which makes it feel a bit chalky on application. While it goes on slightly balmy at first, it quickly sets to a more matte, almost drying finish rather than the soft, satin blur I was expecting. It's still usable, but it doesn't glide on as smoothly as I'd like. I'll continue to use it, but I don't think it's quite right for me, and I wouldn't repurchase this one anytime soon….

I trialled the shade “lazy” and it beautifully matched my lip colour. The texture is super creamy and glides on so effortlessly. I used this as a multi use product to line my lip and also add definition as an eyeliner. Lazy is the perfect nude for those who have more of a pink undertone in their lips. I used this to line but also buff out my lips all over. The texture is creamy and wears well, leaving a dewy finish. My lips were hydrated during wear. Would love to see the other shades and give them a go.

This is exactly what it claims. It claims to be a instant lip blur liner and it is indeed a creamy lip liner. This is a really a good creamy texture and easy application on lips without any tugging. Good on dry lips. Good color pay off too. Doesn’t settle on lip lines. This is more like a bullet lipsticks to be honest. Easy to fill up whole lips given smooth creamy application. This shade is perfect for my skin tone too. I have been using this lip liner as my daily lipstick given it’s a perfect nude shade for my lips.

Wow! This product really impressed me! The colour is a beautiful perfect soft pink that fits my natural lip colour perfectly! It really is effective with blurring your lip lines into the rest of your makeup, I have used it almost daily, even without being in combination with other lip products I own. I find it myself grabbing it when I just wanna give my lips a bit of rounding out, even when I am not wearing other makeup. Its a very effortless product with a I find extremely appealing and think would be appealing to a wide customer range!the product applies so smooth, personally I can’t even feel it on my lips. No waxy or tacky feeling at all. I think that factor was a big reason to why I found myself grabbing for this product so frequently. Definitely will be interested in seeing what other colours this line has as it will definitely be becoming a main staple lip product in my makeup bag.

I tried the Revlon Photo Ready Instant Blur Liner as part of the BeautyCrew trial team. I loved the shade, which is perfect for me. The ease of application and coverage was great. The product has no fragrance and it is so easy to apply, just draw away to create the perfect lips for the day. It actually stays on and I actually coloured my lips with it, so it was still there after my lipstick had come off - which did not take long! (I think I need a new lipstick that lasts) Readily available and in an assortment of various shades, I am sure that there is one for everyone. Lightweight and a perfect addition to any make-up bag in my opinion. I would definitely purchase this product in the future, as I find most other brands are 'waxy' and come off too quickly.

The good: It's hydrating, and the colour is a nice shade of pink. It also had no scent which I liked. It's easy to apply - unlike some other products where you have to actually smudge it to get the desired look this is ready to go straight away. The not so good: The package feels a bit cheap, but I guess that's ok for what you pay. It's very faint colour, barely noticeable when it's actually applied. The main issue I had was that it wore off almost immediately, and compared with other brands I don't think I'll be buying it again. I would give it 3/5 due to having to keep reapplying it - it would have been probably 4/5 if it stayed on longer.
