As a nurse I'm on me feet most of my shift, these are amazing to relieve pain in my heels.

As an 18 yr old with a serious back injury it's usually pretty hard to find shoes that don't make problem worse when I'm working and when I do the souls wear down from repeated use. These insoles really helped and make my daily life easier and I can't recommend them highly enough. My only problem is that I have small feet and I really had to trim these before they would fit into my shoes.
