Skin Republic Collagen Hydrogel Under Eye Patch

I purchased a pack of three Skin Republic Collagen Hydrogel Eye Patches while they were on a 50% sale at Priceline to try out. Each eye mask is individually wrapped inside which are perfect for travelling and keeps each eye mask fresh for use. I was surprised that they were not made of the usual soft rubbery gel material which are often prone to moving and sliding around. I found that these were relatively dry so therefore did not suffer from serum dripping and was less messy than many other eye masks. After applying these to cleansed skin, these had a pretty good adhesive to stick to the skin so were perfect for sleeping overnight in. They did end up falling off during the night however I am certain these stayed on for longer than many other eye masks. I find these perfect for mid-week masking when I'm too lazy to do the whole face and can just mask in my sleep basically. They feel very cool when applied and left my under eye fresh and plump. I am waiting for the next sale to stock up on these!!

I seem to have a collection of eye patches and I love them all.  The Skin Republic Collagen Hydrogel Under Eye Patches tick all my boxes because they are an intensive under eye treatment that works to nourish skin and minimise the appearance of the five signs of ageing: fine lines and wrinkles; loss of elasticity and firmness; puffiness; dark circles; and dryness..   There are three sets of patches contained within a silver and purple coloured pouch.  Each set of patches comes in its own sachet. It’s just a matter of removing the backing from a pair of patches and placing a patch under each eye.   The patches, super-charged with Collagen, Green Tea, Aloe Vera and Vitamins A & E to reduce the signs of aging, are really easy to use and place into position.   They are almost self-sticking and more like a dry patch (no serum, so to speak) so there is no mess. They don’t move so you can carry on doing whatever you want while the magic happens.   When I apply the patches they feel really cool and refreshing. I keep the patches on for the suggested 30 minutes and then carefully peel them off.  The skin under my eyes looks plump and hydrated, and the fine lines hardly visible. My eyes look bright and alive and the effect totally changes my appearance.  What’s more, the bright eyed look remains throughout the day.     I use these eye patches regularly, particularly if I’m going somewhere special, and these little beauties will definitely be one of my travelling companions. 

This was my first time ever trying out an under eye patch and I loved being able to try it out.  I had purchased these after being recommended them by a friend.  I have used sheet masks before but not ones for eyes.  The pack contains 3 pairs and help with the appearance of lines and wrinkles.  It's a great way of pampering myself and it makes me feel like I'm at a salon.  The eye patches feel quite tight when you put it on your skin but it wasn't too uncomfortable.  I left it on for around 30 minutes and then I removed it.  There weren't any noticeable results but I liked that my skin felt hydrated and didn't look as tired as before.  They're a great pick me up to have and while I don't know how long lasting these benefits are, they're nice to use every now and then.

A lovely friend gave me a pack of these eye patches, and they have to be the weirdest eye masks I’ve ever used but I absolutely loved them. The pack contains three individual pairs of eye patches which is great for always having some on hand.  Unlike most eye masks these aren’t drenched in serum they are more like a gel texture. You apply them and relax for 30 minutes. Because of the gel they really adhere to your face and don’t slide around. After removing the masks my under eye area was visibly brighter, smoother and less fine lines. The results lasted a good two days making these the most effective ones I’ve ever used. Definitely keeping these on the HG list. 

I’ve tried many brands when it’s come to Under eye masks and this is by far my favourite. Great price point as you get three masks and each time they leaving such a cooling and hydrating effect. When used consistently you can really notice a difference. It reduces puffy eyes and even brightens the colour. Such a great effect after only having it on for 20 minutes. Super easy to use and not messy at all. Just the right amount of residue left to dab into the eyes Great product ! 

I love these eye patches! They make such a noticeable difference to the appearance of my dark circles and smooth out my skin. I use them before a night out (and after a big night out!). It allows for a smoother makeup application and my concealer doesn't crease as much! These are individually packaged which is a BIG plus! It means I don't have to worry about the product drying out between uses.  My skin can be sensitive and this product does not irritate at all. I will continue to use these patches. I love what they do for my eyes! Now, if only it was long-lasting!!!

I really love these as a part of my skin care routine - I use them weekly/fortnightly along with my a face mask.  They come individually sealed which is a huge plus in my book. They are low scent and my sensitive eye area finds them soothing and plumping.  As a few others have mentioned these are AMAZING in Summer if you store them in the fridge - just bliss! I find that the plumping effects last longer than some other reviewers have mentioned - perhaps this is because I use it so regularly. I would recommend anyone with concerns about fine lines and dark circles under their eyes give this product a go.

The eye masks are individually wrapped half-moon shaped and of a soft, jelly-like consistency to one side and the other is paper.  They are packaged in a slippery serum which is to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and boost elasticity and firmness,.  -How does it make your face, body, or hair  look when applied? The mask comes in two pieces that sit high under your eyes and curve around laterally to the eye. They are white in colour and stick comfortably to your skin, yet are able to slide due to the serum.  - How does it make your face, body, or hair feel once used? These eye masks boost hydration, which is one of the main causes of the worsening appearance of fine lines and under eye skin condition. My dry, fine lines were hydrated and subsequently were lessened. My skin felt plumped and highly moisturised.  - What were your initial thoughts after using the product? It works. I really noticed a difference when I removed the masks. I felt like the lines around my eyes weren't as deep and the eye area felt soft and plump for a few hours afterwards. - What are your thoughts after using the product for a few days or weeks? These are a short term solution. The effects didn't last all day, but I enjoyed it while it lasted. It does work and it does create a visible plumping result.  - What are the pros? Affordability. There are 3 individually sealed pairs in one pack.  That makes these a price point that is affordable for an purchase that has more than a single use in it.  Plenty of serum per eye mask.  Great for party season.  -Are there any cons? Single use and single packages. Product and packaging wastage.  Effectiveness is not long term.  - Who would you recommend use this product?  These are a great solution for a party quick fix and I’d suggest them to anyone that would like to give their under eyes a great refresh before or after an event. Fine lines, crepiness, dynamic wrinkles, these would be amazing boost for anyone with these under eye complaints. 

I love that these are individually packaged! Also they sit well under the eye so that you can still move around and do other things. I bought these at my local super market at 50% and the price was unbeatable so stock up when they are on sale. They do seem to plump up my under eye after use although I don't see too much of a brightening affect. However I enjoy using them and would repurchase.

As Haley M said in her review, I tried these eye patches after being in the refrigerator and they are devine. I have been using the Chanel Hydra Beauty micro eye gel, but more focusing on my darkness under the eye and I though would try the patches to double the combat of wrinkles.  So good. Thank-you

I love this product. Theyre cooling and my under eye area was smoother and brighter after using them. You get 3 individually sealed pairs in one pack. One side is paper and the other is like a gel. If you pop them in the fridge they're an awesome pick me up after a big night.
