Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

I'm not sure if they have changed the formula for this in recent years, but unfortunately this one did not live up to the hype for me. I found that after first use, the liner was difficult to sharpen resulting in a blunt tip that made it very difficult to apply with any precision. I also found that there was a lot of dragging and definitely did not "glide on" as the name promises! The pigmentation was good and the product did last for the duration of the day once applied. I did have a little issue with smudging, but this may just be my eyes/skin.

I really enjoy using the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils, as they are creamy and glide effortlessly. There is such a large range of colours as well. I really like the grey and dark brown colours, as they are less harsh than solid black. I have oily eyelids and although this doesn't stay all day for me, I really don't think anything does unless it's waterproof liquid eyeliner! So for very decent wear, this is great. I love that I can be pretty messy with this and it doesn't look like I applied eyeliner with my left hand!

I love using different coloured eyeliners in my waterline without any other eye makeup as a basic quick "extra something" and bought two of their limited edition neon range. The bright green looks more yellow on my skin (fair with olive-cool undertones) and the bright pink looks true to life; pink. They didn't sit well at all on my waterline which is why I hadn't used them again until last night when I decided to try them on my eyelid and see how long they would last. 12 hours and they were faded but still there, sort of. Perhaps if I used a primer they would last the advertised 24 hours. I do find them easy to use; no tugging, creamy and glide on smoothly so I will try other colours in the future for graphic liner looks. I love how they have a great range of different colours as black can make my already small eyes appear smaller.

For someone that is pretty useless at putting on eye-liner, I found using this glide on eye-liner actually gave me a nice smokey eye and was quite easy to apply. It slides nicely across the eye lid and I didn't need to press too hard. It came off well with make up remover and didn't leave my eyelid feeling puffy as I sometimes find happening with a normal pencil eye-liner -  I assume this is because of the jojaba oil in the product. I would recommend to a friend.

Best eyeliner I have ever tried. So creamy and pigmented and black. I ended up buying three and bought my mum one to and of course she loved it! Works perfect on bottom lash line and pairs very well with the urban decay perversion mascara. Try it out it will not dissapoint.
