Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist 16 Day Cream

I trialled the day cream alongside the entire range. I really enjoyed using this every day. It was rich but didn’t feel like it just sat on the skin, I felt it played well with my makeup and did a great job of hydrating throughout the day. I have combination skin leaning drier in the winter, with some fine lines. I would definitely repurchase this on sale, if it weren’t for the extremely strong fragrance. It smells like cologne and I found it off putting. Otherwise, a great product. I don’t know that I saw a massive difference in signs of ageing across the month I used it, but my skin was hydrated and looked great. I also found it didn’t cause breakouts.

This day cream has been such a nice addition to my morning skincare routine. I love that it feels rich and moisturising when you apply it, but it doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or greasy afterwards. It absorbs quickly and creates a smooth base under makeup, so my foundation applies really evenly. After using it consistently, my skin has been feeling softer, more hydrated and has a healthier-looking glow throughout the day. I also feel like my complexion looks a little firmer and more refreshed, especially around the areas where I usually notice fine lines. A little goes a long way, so the jar should last quite a while. Although it has a light fragrance, I found it subtle and pleasant. Overall, it's a lovely everyday moisturiser that leaves my skin feeling comfortable, nourished and well looked after, and I'd happily continue using it as part of my daily routine.

I've been using the Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist 16 Day Cream for several weeks and overall I've been very impressed with the results. As someone with combination skin, finding a day cream that provides enough hydration without feeling too heavy or greasy can be challenging but this cream strikes a nice balance. The texture is rich yet surprisingly lightweight once applied. It spreads easily across the skin and absorbs well leaving my face feeling soft, smooth, and comfortable throughout the day. I found that it worked particularly well under makeup, creating a hydrated base without causing excess shine. The only downside for me is the fragrance. While the scent is pleasant and not overpowering, I personally would prefer this cream to be fragrance-free.

I liked using this Vichy Collagen Specialist Day Cream as it was easily absorbed and made my skin feel springy. Using the Vichy Collagen Specialist Day Cream along with the matching night cream, eye cream and serum gave me the opportunity to use products from the same range and give my skin the best chance of seeing changes. I felt using this Vichy Day Cream during the drier Winter months worked wonders for my skin. Winter definitely sees me staying in doors more and the cold leaves my skin drier and less hydrated. Vichy Day Cream enters the chat and all my with the eye cream, serum and night cream my skin looked improved.

I used the Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist 16 day cream along with the other products in this range for a month and I must say I really liked this day cream. Love the beautiful red tub packaging, it looks very high end and the cream itself is beautiful. It feels go soft and goes on smooth, almost melting into the skin. It has a subtle, pleasant fragrance. After using it consistently for a month along with the serum and night cream, my skin feels soft, hydrated, there is a visible reduction in smile lines on my face and overall my face appears brighter and more hydrated. My dry skin loves this cream.

It was great that the night and day packaging were coloured differently (darker for night) because in the rush and tiredness of both morning and night routines and being short-sighted, I do not want to be grabbing with my slippery hands to my face to read which cream is which. I did find the jar shape little annoying personally though, as it didn't have a true flat bottom; it was rounded at the edges. The day cream is quite siliconey in the jar (it is the 3rd listed ingredient) and a light floral scent. The silicones help a soft blurring visual effect on the face. However, being so high in silicone it unfortunately caused major pilling, with my other skincare and even with the serum from the same range. It made them pretty much impossible to use with base make-up. It was sufficient hydration most of the time for me, which can be challenge for my dehydrated skin. Unfortunately something in this range also caused more breakouts on my face. After 4 weeks of continuous use, it's really hard to say what anti-ageing and firming improvements I've noticed, which is disappointing for a premium priced brand. It may need more time.

Vichy liftactiv collagen specialist 16 day cream I am so happy I came across this beautiful range. Being a dry skin girlie winter skin is always an issue but I liked this day cream for several reasons first being it is packed with collagen. It is very Hydrating. It feels very luxurious on skin it honestly gives you glass skin effect with using heaps of products it absorbs into the skin and not sticky at all. It really made my skin so much better than before. I can see my skin looking fresh and hydrated. Highly recommend

I thought it was appropriate that I should be reviewing the VICHY Liftacttive Collagen Specialist 16 Day Cream as I’m a seventy year old and definitely have ageing skin. It’s with great enthusiasm that I look forward to using this product , that is professionally presented in its red glossy box and unique bottle. My morning routine after a shower was firstly to apply the VICHY bonding serum to my clean face and then after a while use the day cream. The light weight cream with a mild scent spread evenly and was absorbed quickly, leaving no oily or sticky feeling. The cream has a nice texture and is light weight and smooth. A little goes a long way. I felt my skin looked and felt smoother and firmer and plump, healthy and hydrated without looking like I have applied moisturiser. Natural might be the word I’m looking for.Because the cream doesn’t have that sticky feeling more a dry type feeling, so when you apply makeup you don’t feel like you have heaps of layers on. The day cream helps to boost collagen which gives your skin that firmer and more radiant look and targets 16 signs of ageing with its technology . Yes I definitely would recommend the VICHY day cream especially for ageing woman, I’m happy with the over all result.
