Vichy Liftactiv Collagen Specialist 16 Eye Cream

I purchased this eye cream based on beauty crew reviews and was impressed. Most reviews had good comments and I am always looking for a great eye cream. I love that this cream doesn’t irritate sensitive skin. Especially as the under eye area is so delicate. The cream has a nice consistency, not too thick or thin, it spreads easily and sinks straight into my skin easily with no nasty greasy or oily feel. It’s light and comfortable to wear and a good price. I did see results after using this eye cream for a few weeks, my under eye area looked fresher and more youthful and not as tired looking. Fine lines were less noticeable and my skin looked smoother. It’s packaged nicely is a quality product delivering similar results as much more expensive eye creams which is great. Overall I really liked this product and I would recommend it

I really enjoyed using this eye cream, which I trialled alongside the rest of the range. It is a nice middle ground between a super thick eye cream and a thin, lightweight one. It has a strong scent which is quite unpleasant and definitely is not ideal for something so close to the eyes. Despite this, I loved how this eye cream felt to apply, it sunk in and left my under eye area hydrated. I didn’t see any anti-ageing effects across the month that I used it but my major concern for the under eye area is dark circles anyway. It lay well under my concealer and I found it so easy to apply with the squeeze tube!

I also noticed my under-eye area looked a little brighter, which helped me look less tired, especially on busy mornings. I appreciate that it's fragrance-free and gentle enough for the delicate eye area, as I have fairly sensitive skin. While it won't erase every fine line overnight, it's a great everyday eye cream that leaves the eye area looking healthier, softer and more awake. It's become a product I genuinely enjoy using morning and night.

I used the Vichy Liftactiv collagen specialist 16 eye cream along with the other products from this range. After using for a month twice a day, I noticed that my under eye area looked more hydrated and brighter. I didn’t actually notice any difference in the fine lines under my eyes, but not sure if 1 month is sufficient time for the under eye lines to show visible difference but my faint dark circles definitely improved. Didn’t give it 5 stars as I expected a bit more from this eye cream. I must say the packaging of this eye cream looks very high end, haven’t seen a packaging like this before, really impressed with it.

This is an easy to apply eye cream, that’s creamy but light enough to quickly absorb into the skin. It doesn’t leave a greasy feel or residue. I haven’t noticed any milia or congestion, which can be a problem for me with some eye creams. The tube has a good dispenser so the right amount can be gently squeezed out. It has a very light floral scent, but not noticeable after applying. It is fairly premium priced and is a higher end French pharmacy brand available at Chemist Warehouse. However after 4 weeks of continuous morning and night, it’s hard to say what results I’ve noticed, if any really. That said, I’m happy to keep using it and see how it goes!

I have dark circles under my eyes and before I started using this Vichy liftactiv collagen specialist 16 eye cream I was hopelessly finding different cures to fix that problem. Although dark circles are still there but I can absolutely vouch for this eye cream that it make them look bearable. My undereyes look hydrated and less tired. I have noticed that constant use has reduced wrinkles and lines a bit better than before. It comes in a tube form and very easy to take out nozzle. It sits beautifully under the makeup as well. I love this eye cream and will buy this whole range again.

The Vichy Liftactiv eye cream is easy to use and squeeze for us oldies . It’s a light weight cream, that spreads easily and is quickly absorbed. You only need a small amount to cover under and above eyes. It has a mild scent and is sensitive and gentle to the eye area, it doesn’t affect my contacts which is great and I have had no stinging or irritation whilst using the cream which is terrific. It certainly hydrates the eye area, reducing puffiness and giving that area a healthy , natural look. Fine lines around the eyes are less noticeable and there is more firmness around the eye area. I use it in conjunction with my moisturiser, as it’s so lightweight it works well with all the Vichy products, you can hardly believe you are wearing anything on your skin. Another great Vichy product.

This collagen injected eye cream did not really live up to the hype. I can not actually notice any difference in my eyebags or my crows feet even after using it for a month. I’m not sure what it is whether it’s mixed with another one of the products from Vichy that I used but it gives off sort of fishy smell. I don’t know what that’s all about? I did like that. It comes in a thin 15 mL tube with a dispenser so I didn’t have to put my finger in a tube. I could just squeeze out of the applicator and tap under my eyes.
