I use one a day at night, simply twist the top of the capsule and the oil comes out and spreads easily. It is a dry oil, it sinks straight into my skin with absolutely no greasy feeling. I love Elizabeth Arden and this is one of their best products as far as I’m concerned. My skin looks so much brighter when I’m using these capsules. I don’t look as tired.
