Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil is an oil treatment that minimises the development of stretch marks on the stomach, thighs, bottom and breasts when massaged in regularly. The natural formula is dermatologically tested and works to nourish skin, protecting it from dryness. It is formulated with almond oil, vitamin E, wheatgerm oil and biodynamic arnica extract to keep skin – particularly in the stomach and abdomen areas – elastic and firm. The oil is NATRUE certified natural and free from synthetic ingredients and mineral oils.

Floral scented, natural stretch mark oil

I am a big fan of Weleda products and was excited to try a range of their products. After receiving several sample sachets of product, I decide to give the Stretch Mark Massage Oil a go. Full disclosure - I have not had children so my stretch marks are due to general weight gain and loss. Not being pregnant it is hard for me to say if this product reduced the appearance of stretch marks, but its sweet floral scent and absorbing consistency made me feel a bit pampered when I put it on after a post workout shower. I used this mainly over my hips - where I already have stretch marks. Definitely worth considering if you are after a preventative option pre child birth or if you are susceptible to stretch marks.
