L’Oréal Professionnel Serioxyl Shampoo 2 - Coloured Thinning Hair

I’m giving this shampoo 5 stars because it does exactly what it claims. It clarifies the scalp and and gives it a bit of a volume boost. The shampoo definitely made me feel like I was giving my scalp a deep clean. This shampoo has peppermint oil, which creates a cool feeling on the scalp and gives the hair a fresh clean feeling. It smelled like peppermint too. I noticed that my hair had more volume especially at the roots and it didn’t lay flat against my head. I also really loved that it was designed for coloured hair as lots of clarifying shampoos can strip the colour out. I would recommend this product to anyone that’s looking for a deep cleansing shampoo which is safe for coloured hair or to someone that wants to get rid of product build up in their hair.

Serioxyl Shampoo for coloured hair is one of the best clarifying shampoos I have ever used. The shampoo comes in a handy white plastic bottle with a pump. I always like it when cosmetics companies make our life easier and include a pump to products like shampoos or conditioners. The fomula is a transparent blue gel. The scent is very cool and minty. It is not too feminine but I guess it it because the product is also targeted at men. The amount we need to wash our hair is tiny as the little goes a long way. The shampoo lathers a lot and provides a cooling effect, great in the summer. It cleanses the scalp really well, and the hair feels squeaky clean. No Wonder the volume is impressive after such a wash. However, the shampoo used too often might dry out the hair and the scalp so I would stick to once or twice a week. In general, a very good product to use with the matching conditioner and the Serioxyl gel, or on its own when we want to give our scalp and hair a very good clean.

Never did I imagine in my 20's did I imagine my thick crowning glory was not forever. Thinning hair surely that was for much much older ladies not me.
