Her discovery is basically a public service announcement

Pregnancy is undoubtedly one of the most trialling things a woman’s body can go through. But what’s not spoken about enough is the very real, and sometimes downright scary, postpartum symptoms that can present themselves once bubba is born.

One new mum who is all too aware of such effects on the body is Ashley Graham, who experienced postpartum hair loss after the birth of her son, leaving her with a considerably-sized balding patch where her baby hairs had once been. She recently took to Instagram to share her secret for encouraging growth, citing a nifty little serum that helps to rehab her edges: Kératase Initialiste Advanced Scalp & Hair Serum.

In the video, Ashley demonstrated how she applies the serum to her scalp prior to styling, focusing on the patches of short hair around her hairline.

"You can see the little baby hairs," she said. "No one is giving me money for this. I'm just telling y'all because I was freaking out, and now I know.”

The secret success to the serum lies in its formula, which combines the nourishing effects of antioxidant-rich green tea and ceramides to strengthen the hair from the root.

To use, simply apply the serum to your roots, with a little scalp massage to promote circulation, and then leave it there to do its thing. Zero fuss and the dream solution for any busy mum.
