The bargain beauty buys that celebrities are obsessed with
Low prices, highly recommended

Celebrities: they’re just like us, right? They eat, they drink, they sleep, and they love affordable beauty products. Yep, that last one is totally true.
Alongside many prestige products, here are some of the best beauty bargains you’ll find in your favourite celebrities’ kits….
The youngest Kar-Jenner revealed in an interview with Violet Grey, “my makeup room has all these drawers filled with makeup that I just rarely touch because I use the same stuff every day.” And while she may generally pull from her own Kylie Cosmetics range when putting a makeup look together, the star has shared that she often relies on a budget blush: the Fit Me! Blush from Maybelline to be exact, which you can pick up from your local pharmacy. It seems Jenner loves a steal as much as the rest of us.
Zoë Foster Blake
With a lengthy stint as a beauty editor under her belt, it should come as no shock that Foster Blake's recommendations are basically gold in our eyes. And when you can get said gold for just $14, it's even better. "Hi plz enjoy the lip colour I've worn for the past five days. It's a matte crayon that is orange-y red, lasts and is v cheerful. It's cheap as, I bought it from Morphe, and the shade is 'btw'. K bye!" she shared via an Instagram Story. Um, sold.
Considering her status as one of the world's most in-demand models, it's no surprise that Hadid needs a sturdy makeup remover to take her face off at the end of a shoot day. What is a little bit surprising (and amazing if you value a bargain buy), however, is that her formula of choice goes for less than 11 bucks (and less than seven if you know where to shop). She recently took to Instagram Stories to share her 'post-shoot skin care lineup' and the first step was none other than the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover, which is an absolute winner in our books too.
Addison Rae may be one of TikTok's top earning creators, but that doesn't mean she doesn't appreciate a budget buy. Her fave bargain-status brand? New Zealand brand Monday Haircare, the highly Insta-worthy (and highly hydrating) shampoo and conditioner line that you can find at your local Coles. Hairstylist @daniellepriano revealed she prepped Rae's glossy mane with it prior to a recent performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and we must say, it looked better than ever.
Beckham may have bougie taste in some arenas, but when it comes to her moisturiser of choice, it's bargain all the way - she slathers Weleda Skin Food all over her body. "It keeps your skin so hydrated and moisturised. It's really, really thick and I love how it feels all over the body - it's a really great product". You wouldn't know the price was low by the feel of the formula, either - it's velvety soft (and ironically, that's also how it leaves your skin).
The ex Pretty Little Liars star already has one of the most striking sets of eyes in Hollywood, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t call upon a hard-working mascara to make her peepers pop even more. Mitchell revealed she loves CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara not only for the formula’s namesake lash-plumping effects, but because of its exceptional root lifting brush, too.
Kim Kardashian West
As a beauty mogul and one of Hollywood's most famous faces, Kardashian West could have access to any cleanser she set her sights on. Her favourite though - Cetaphil's Gentle Cleanser - rings in at just 14 bucks. Very exciting for those of us keen to replicate her routine - and seeing as she admits she tends to follow it with a $630 serum we think we'll stick with just the face wash for now.
Jones' much-loved Mad Men character Betty Draper wasn't the only one who understood the importance of a reliable hairspray - the actress behind the brilliant bouffant has her favourite, too. She's been using L’Oréal Paris Elnett Satin Hairspray for around 20 years because it holds her style, leaves her locks shiny and doesn’t weigh down her hair.
Lanolips 101 Ointment is a beloved beauty bag staple for many of us Aussies, but its popularity also stretches across the pond. Miller loves using the multipurpose pure-grade lanolin ointment during the cold U.K. winter to help combat dry, flaky lips. We wonder if she knows it works just as well on cracked heals, minor cuts and nail cuticles, too?
It’s usually the Duchess of Cambridge’s impeccable hair that grabs our attention, but the mother of three also has an extremely enviable complexion. And after she was spotted in U.K. retailer Boots purchasing a jar of NIVEA Pure & Natural Regenerating Night Cream a few years back, it appears replicating her royal radiance isn’t actually out of reach for us ordinary folk.
Being a movie star, mother and wellness guru is a tough gig, so we’re not surprised to hear Paltrow sometimes finds herself reaching for dry shampoo when she doesn't have time to wash and blow-dry her hair. Her favourite? Klorane Gentle Dry Shampoo. It soaks up any unwanted grease, and gives her strands instant volume.
Cherie is somewhat of a digital dinosaur, having kick-started her beauty writing career back in 2009 at PRIMPED alongside industry expert Zoë Foster Blake. Since then, her words have appeared online and on paper for BEAUTYcrew, POPSUGAR, beautyheaven, New Idea, and Fitness First, while her marketing know-how has helped brands such as L'Oréal Paris, The Body Shop, A’kin, and Dr. LeWinn’s add a journalistic flair to their digital content. She is a vocal advocate for (physical) sunscreen, is rather fond of a bold lip, and is utterly terrible at styling hair.
